1 /5 Shadarra Lockett: I recently took my t shirts to get printed on last month and JUST received them yesterday. They looked nothing like the pink and teal shirt that are right next to each other. There was a cut off in the print with the shirts that had white letters with the wave and an ugly smudgy black line through the wave with the shirts in black ink, due to my logo having a gradient in it which my graphic artist informed me about. I even left a sample shirt so that whoever printed the shirts could see and make sure that it looked exactly the same. The first company I took my shirts to, they received the exact same vector file and there was no line or cut off in the print, I am not sure why they didn’t think to make the entire wave gold like it should have been and still be able to add the accent marks that are black. Not to mention the company I went through the first time actually sent me a t shirt to show me what it would look like before they even got started, & AA did not, they said they did but didn’t all I received was an invoice for payment, no picture of the shirts or anything (it did have the number of shirts color of shirts & the colors that were supposed to go on them all in text, NO pictures). I am Extremely unhappy with how the print turned out, & they did offer to fix it @ a discounted rate but it should have been right the first time... Definitely a lesson learned for me... if you want anything done just do it yourself & stick to what you now. I will be doing embroidery instead after this.
