Express - Macon (GA)

2 /5 Monique Edwards: Ive been shopping at Express for many years . I have always noticed how a button may pop off , a zipper breaks or a hem falls out within a few months of owning . That never stopped me from being a returned customer , however ; I purchased a blouse and had it on only for an hour and the elastic broke on the wrist so I had to use a safety pin to fasten it together . I went to the store to see if there was anything they could do and was given a number to customer service who was not any help at all . Prices are high while quality is low ! I’ll be shopping at White House Black Market from now on . Their clothes are much better quality . I only gave two stars because the staff is friendly

5 /5 Rose Jackson: Miranda, Marcia and Sharnece. These Ladies made our day. On a girls trip to Macon for the weekend, we stopped by the store with all intentions to just browse. We wound up buying numerous items because the Ladies provided such excellent customer service care. Good customer service these days are non existent. So excellent, is everything.
