Nivea, the hygienist was so pleasant and professional I thought she was the doctor. Come to find out Doctor Castro, (DDS) is from my hometown Huntsville, Alabama. The doctor and her teammate Nivea worked on me for over two hours in the most gentle fashion. Explained exactly what they were going to do and constantly asking me if I was ok. I’m looking forward to returning next week for permanent crowns and additional work.noticing I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran they were extremely respectful to this “old” Infantry soldier. Dr. Castro is the perfect mix of personable and professional. Both Lindsey and Nevia are super friendly and reassuring. They each had me as comfortable as possible in a dentists office. Anna is wonderful hygienist who was thorough with minimal discomfort. Alondra is a very polite young lady, both on the phone and during check-in/out. This office has a lot of good energy and is highly recommended.

Faith Calvert I came to Dr. Castro with severe dental anxiety and from the first visit I knew that I was in good hands. She is personable, attentive, friendly and just all about her patients which you dont always find in dentist. Every visit that I have had with her has been amazing so much that I have added my sons as patients of hers as well. Her office staff is amazing they make you feel like you are a part of the family not just a client. Candi`s customer service is on point every experience every time. Dont expect the front desk to great you with warm demeanor but the lady at the front desk looks like shes real good at her job and gets things done. The dental assistant and the endodontists were friendly and restored my tooth. I was given clear instructions on care and treatment process throughout the entire experience. Appointment times are convenient. What stood out the most about this facility is the CLEANLINESS! The dental assistant sanitized everything that was touched. She was thorough.

R Casey I’m leaving a review because I see so many negative ones and it’s shocking to me because my experiences have been good with this dentist. I’ve been going here for at least 4-5 years consistently and never had a bad experience. I go for my regular bi-annual teeth cleanings as well as having had 2 dental implants successfully. The dentist has been attentive and always explained options and so on to me. She even helped me plan my implants in a way that allowed me to maximize my flex spending to pay for most of it. I really them there!

Front desk is warm and friendly. Office is neat and clean . Doc did Root cannel treatment , fillings surgery and bone graft. Healing time was relatively short and almost painless . Ryan Lynam They never answer the phone. Cannot even get a follow up appointment scheduled after they incorrectly did a root canal. Went to another dentist and they said they missed roots in my canal and now experiencing a lot of pain. They have failed to return my calls for the past 2 weeks. I have family and friends that have been here before and said similar stories. If you care about your loved ones or yourself, DO. NOT. COME. HERE. EVER!!!!!

She too is extremely professional, and took all the time needed to answer all of my questions, and to make sure I fully understood her proposed treatment plan. Saray Corona Just left from an awful experience. The lady with the two piercings in her face and her hair covered is the most meanest, nastiest, unprofessional person ever. Long story short we got into an argument about her having an attitude with me. I started recording to show it to her office manager turns out she was a manager. Yea maybe I shouldn’t have record her but she was being crazy and delusional. She has no idea how to be polite or customer service oriented. She supposedly called the cops on me to scared me I believe. Yup won’t be going back. I feel bad about doing this review because another manager reached out to me apologizing when it wasn’t her fault. She was sweet and nice. This review is only towards that unhappy lady. The rest of the staff is good. I wouldn’t interact with her if you go in there. She will get mad at you if you ask questions or she will ask you to leave and call the “cops” on you.
