Cathy was great with scheduling and helping me with my insurance. Amy took a lot of time to explain my services and all items involved with my procedures. Karen was gentle and efficient and took a lot of care with my teeth. Dr. Nguyen is great at explaining the issues and comforting at the same time. I have had fillings, extractions and scaling with no pain and great support. I have an ortho plan in place and am 100% confident in all respects. I recommend this practice for all dental needs. I appreciate not being made to feel self conscience and having a plan put in place that will help the most. Great job on everything, wonderful staff!

I live in Decatur & Im now happy to make the trip to Dr. Nguyens office for his expertise, care and attention I received. He is very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations, & I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on unneeded procedures. The work he did on my root canal & crown was top-notch, Im very happy to have him as my new dentist.

My daughter became a patient here at this dentistry first and was extremely impressed, she then referred me. I finally came to grips with my fear of the dentist and made that phone call for an appointment. Spoke with Ms Amy she was extremely Professional and sympathetic to my fears, she assured me that I would be in Great hands.My first appointment with Dr. Nguyen was Absolutely the BEST experience that I’ve EVER had with a dentist!!! He was extremely professional, gentle, kind to his staff,very patient with me and has a great sense of humor. The facility is/was clean, the staff was great, prompt and professional. I Proud to say that AT Dental, PC is now my Dentist!!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen and Staff.

5 /5 Huy Pham: Recently I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and by far out of all the places I contacted, this place was the best. The staff there was nice and friendly. Furthermore, my wisdom teeth removal procedure went perfectly without any complications. The procedure was quick and and Dr. Nguyen was proficient and careful. Also, the staff was very considerate with making follow-up calls to make sure everything was fine and that I didnt feel any extreme pain. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a dental office.

Beneta Davis: I just want to thank Sierra for going out of her way to make sure I was able to get the medicines I needed after having 3 extractions and was in pain and given the run around with Walgreens. Sierra took the time to contact the pharmacy to check and see if they had the medicines I needed so I didnt have to travel to different Walgreen locations because they do not give that information over the phone to customers. Customer service is a top priority for me and I feel that Sierra gave me amazing service. I will also add that the staff at Affordable Dental is also good as well and they make sure that you have a full understanding of any procedure you have done and a clear understanding of your financial responsibility. I will continue to recommend Affordable Dental to my family and friends.

Nivea, the hygienist was so pleasant and professional I thought she was the doctor. Come to find out Doctor Castro, (DDS) is from my hometown Huntsville, Alabama. The doctor and her teammate Nivea worked on me for over two hours in the most gentle fashion. Explained exactly what they were going to do and constantly asking me if I was ok. I’m looking forward to returning next week for permanent crowns and additional work.noticing I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran they were extremely respectful to this “old” Infantry soldier.
