Dr Vo spent 8hrs on my veneers one day without breaking just because she is detail oriented and a perfectionist. They presented me w plans so I know what I’m getting done and what to expect coming up. I’m so glad they are near me.

Their staff are supper friendly and helpful. They’ve always done excellent with all the dental works we’ve needed throughout the years. We also have an autistic daughter, who’s been going there since she was 2 and they are exceptional at making sure she’s always comfortable. Dont expect the front desk to great you with warm demeanor but the lady at the front desk looks like shes real good at her job and gets things done. The dental assistant and the endodontists were friendly and restored my tooth. I was given clear instructions on care and treatment process throughout the entire experience. Appointment times are convenient. What stood out the most about this facility is the CLEANLINESS! The dental assistant sanitized everything that was touched. She was thorough.

Yohanna Grant: I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while but kept putting it off. Don’t waste your time with this dentist. I’ve been coming here for over a year, trying to get a root canal done, but the doctor never completes the procedure. He always reschedules, claiming my mouth won’t get numb, and at this point, I seriously doubt whether he knew what he was doing he kept rescheduling me I guess he was trying to get money from me each time I go in to get the work done. As a patient, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I had to take time off work repeatedly for these appointments, only to leave without any progress. I started this process in January 2023, and by the time I entered 2024, I was in severe pain, with a swollen mouth it took over a year of going back and forth from appointment to appointment and nothing done . I ended up developing an infection because the tooth had been left untreated for so long, despite being regularly seen by the doctor at the office. I ultimately had to rush for an emergency extraction because the pain was unbearable. Please, don’t waste your time going here. They will rip you off, and you’ll just end up suffering more.

R Casey: I’m leaving a review because I see so many negative ones and it’s shocking to me because my experiences have been good with this dentist. I’ve been going here for at least 4-5 years consistently and never had a bad experience. I go for my regular bi-annual teeth cleanings as well as having had 2 dental implants successfully. The dentist has been attentive and always explained options and so on to me. She even helped me plan my implants in a way that allowed me to maximize my flex spending to pay for most of it. I really them there!

Over all they need to provide more customer service attitude and not blaming the patient paying. Finally 3 weeks later extraction and post opp visit went well. Dr. Lee is indeed a good surgeon.
