1 /5 Jaela Thompson: my best friend and I walked into the store and instead of greeting us we were laughed at by the workers behind the counter. we circled the store and went to the other side of the counter to look at the stickers and the employees gave us dirty looks up and down and turned to each other to whisper and laugh at us. the employees greeted everyone else walking in the store but us. it hurt our feelings and we didn’t do anything to the employees for them to act this way towards us. we called the store owner and he continued to immediately say he already handled it and then proceeded to say all of them denied it and didn’t look at the cameras as they may not have sounds but you could still see how they treated us, he then said “i’m sorry if they took it the wrong way” as if we were slow, my mother was incredibly disappointed as how disrespectful they were to us and how they acted as we we’re slow and didn’t know what we were talking about then proceeded to offer coupons when money has nothing to do with this, as he excused it or tried too he immediately didn’t seem interested to fix this bullying from the start. do better
