1 /5 Sonya McGuire: If i could id give them less than 1 star I definitely would.. 1 register open with over 80 people in line. I along with about 20 people left after waiting over an hour.I requested a manager to ask if they could open another register due to their being 10 people on the floor and she refused.I dont recommend coming to this location unless you have 2 plus hrs to wait in line with 1 cashier and the manager Jade refusing to help.Sad to say but Burlington lost a lot of money today.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and management Jade...... Beware of this before coming in. Elizabeth the cashier who didnt get a break was GREAT!!!

5 /5 Dan Thomas: Burlington is a discounted department store that still has name brand items. The prices are more reasonable. The customer service was outstanding, I got two swivel chairs, and they helped me get them to checkout and also load them in my truck. I have never had any problems with returning items. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Alicia Bingham: Supervisor refused to come out and help her ONE CASHIER!! 9:00 at night, and they are open until midnight. Been in line over an hour. Supervisor Melissa stated she was doing paperwork, and she did not care!! Melissa finally came up to run a register and sent the other cashier away to straighten up the store. I talked to her, nicely, explaining working more cashiers could be more helpful to everyone. Ended up staying in line 2 hours. Christmas is busy, but when I was in there Friday evening there was a lot of help. Last night was ridiculous. Melissa worked very slow, and had the I do not care at all mentality. I told her customer service was very hard, and I had been there, but she blew all of us off and showed that she did not care. Not good management. 2 hours is not good when it could have been prevented.
