2 /5 Jared Allen: The customer service left much to be desired. Nobody spoke to me the entire time I was browsing the store. Not a “welcome in”, “let me know if you need help finding anything”, etc. I don’t expect them to cater to my every need but feeling welcomed/seen would have contributed to a more enjoyable shopping experience.

3 /5 Chandramohan Ashok: Nice quality clothes and best prices. However not at all a customer friendly environment. Store employees were literally avoiding making eye contact. If you go and ask them for help; they would reply half heartedly. I usually dont write reviews; but I couldnt resist writing this one. I accidentally dropped some clothes on the floor(which I selected to buy); there were three employees standing and chit chatting; none of them even offered to help. Not sure if this is the designed service model. I am very sure this store would be able to attract more customers if the employees were little friendly and customer service oriented.

2 /5 Jerry Catastope: Went for my Bday to get some stuff. Was told about the sales immediately when entering and if they don’t have your size you can order online if it’s available of course. I then get to the counter and they tell me if it’s online it has to be a separate transaction. I was getting a deal that involved numerous items for the price but one I needed the correct size. The style was limited in store to different sizes. The guy just ran away from the situation and was not helpful. Luckily my wife though hey we can buy all the items online together if available and we did that. Good thing I brought her. But I didn’t even want the items it was a very nice gift I’d like to have and after the hassle I really didn’t want a thing. Great deals or not.

Im a female, if your searching for that perfect summer dress.or fathers day coming dress ur favorite person.. need some ideas.. message me .. always sign up for emails.. dont let the prices fool you they ALWAYS!! have great sales

1 /5 Jasmine Cluster: Rude staff. Oscar was extremely rude and acts like he hates talking to you as you check out. He was beyond rude to me. Lauren the manager came over and I was trying to explain to her how I was treated and she really said in the middle of me explaining "how can I help you" so I started agin like so we not going to address the mistreatment and she was clear I really do not care. All she said is "I know he is like that" yikes. I will be contacting corporate. Stay away
