1 /5 Ashley Waldrop: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and how I was treated by the staff. I felt discriminated against because of my medical condition. I have been to other locations from this company and never had an issue. today i went to the dahlonega location and went to go try things on. i wanted my friend in their to help me so i didn’t feel scared about fainting. The staff told me i could not have two people in the dressing room. while there were other girls in the dressing rooms. not to mention, at one point there were three women in a dressing room. they were never told about this supposed company policy. it was even more disappointing because i had been looking forward to shop there since im not from this area. no one should ever be treated like I was just for something that was out of my control.

5 /5 Erica Eller: Mallory and Lilly were absolutely amazing during our dress-up experience! They made everything feel so special and fun, and were incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. What meant the most to us was how understanding they were of our budget—there was never any pressure, just genuine support and helpful guidance. At one point, someone from 19 Degrees came in and was shockingly rude, showing a real lack of respect for the shop and the people in it. It caught us completely off guard. But the way Mallory and Lilly handled the situation was so graceful and professional. They stayed calm, kind, and focused on making sure we still had a great experience. Their poise and positivity made all the difference. We truly loved every moment thanks to them!

1 /5 Abbey Miller: Absolutely awful customer service! I have a friend with a medical condition and was told I was not allowed to be in the dressing room with her. My friend is prone to fainting and when I told the woman working she says, “you’re making it up.” Not to mention, I have been to other Dress Up locations and have NEVER been told of this policy. There were other women in the dressing rooms with their friends and nothing was said to them. I felt targeted and I will never give this company my business again.

5 /5 Heather Haywood: I absolutely love the clothes at dress up they have something for everyone The fabrics are fantabulous and the styles are diverse. Ms Ella helped me and was really wonderful about getting me addressing room and making sure I had the proper sizes she was extra sweet with a great smile. The computer system went down while the store was very busy Ella Faith and Abby all remain calm and took care of the problem promptly.
