5 /5 Derek Willis: Walked in not knowing what I wanted but noticed it smelled wonderful because of cologne. Ended up test smelling all kinds. Asked the friendly staff here what they thought smelled the best and ended up with Black rue21 cologne and it is great!

1 /5 Miranda Pirkle: I’ve never had issues at Rue 21, and in fact love their clothes. I’d received my package of a dress i ordered online, and didn’t like it. I took it in to return, the Store Manager Jordan held it up and said “does this look new?” And when speaking with cooperate he still refused to return it even though cooperate could see i did in fact order the dress. After sending pictures to cooperate of my dress that “Jordan” claimed had spots on it, they sent me a return label to return it. I will not ever be shopping at the location in Dawsonville, and i WILL advise all of my friends and family do the same. Pictures are to show my dress that has “spots” and that the tag is still attached. This was absurd

5 /5 Shantá Jordan: Amazing customer service. Friendly staff and the store is kept neat. Thank goodness for a clean store! As a consumer, one of my pet peeves is an unorganized establishment. This store was surprisingly organized and the staff was very helpful. The store manager was especially helpful on a return. His smile was very warm. Oh, and he’s very easy on the eyes!! Kudos!!!

5 /5 Tedrick Jones: Recently stopped in while visiting from out of town. The staff were very friendly and helped make the experience a very pleasurable one. Although the fitting rooms are closed due to COVID, the Store Manager was a great help and went above and beyond to let my friends try on some clothes they were purchasing. We will definitely stop in again when in the area. Keep up the good work guys.

4 /5 Lumi Essence: I love the style of clothes rue has but the quality is sub par so easy on the machine washing. Bras and panties run small so u gotta go up a size or two especially with the bras. Jewelry and accessories Ive gotten have fallen apart quickly. Their scents are amazing tho and its a great place to get summer clothes especially
