1 /5 Hamzeh: I came from Alabama to shop at Brooks Brothers for my wedding suit. The young woman who greeted me was nice and helpful. However, an older staff member was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. This bad experience ruined my excitement. I hope the management will fix this to make sure all customers are treated kindly.
