1 /5 Jessica White: I have tried this particular LOFT so many times and every time, I am disappointed. They have less than half of the unique items in North Point Pkwy location, and I don’t know why. It’s not like they lack space, the store has tons of open space. They also seem to always have a lot of pajama type items, which is really annoying. I’m there for work-type stuff, not overpriced loungewear. I’m not sure who is in charge of the design or ordering for this store, but I’m making it a point not to return. It’s a waste of time and a frustrating experience with a brand I otherwise love.

3 /5 Martha Bongiorno: This is a rating for this particular store, not Loft as a business. Loft is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes as a teacher. I have been in this store multiple times with high hopes, but I am disappointed each time I visit. The selection is subpar compared to other stores/online and while the ladies who work there seem nice when you enter, they hover and one was quite rude when I put my clothes back due to not liking the fit. They rarely have sizes in smalls or mediums. The selection at the North Georgia Premium Outlets is much better!

5 /5 Ashley Shelnutt: Love this store so much, but the fabulous manager at this location is truly an asset to the store. She is so sweet and very helpful. She found a dress for me to try on that I would have never looked twice at on the rack. Great customer service!

1 /5 My Sewing heart: I came in today looking for a pair of pants. Found a couple had about 5 pants and 4 dresses after a long while finally someone asked if I needed a fitting room. Then I needed assistance and I asked one of the girls I believe her name is Ashly if she can help me find my size or a better style that would fit she acted like if she was helping i waited for 10 minutes in the fitting room thinking she was going to bring some more different styles to try on ! NO NO ! THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES. I used to work for LOFT many years ago and I NEVER TREATED MY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS !!!!! Will never shop at this location ever again !!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEFT EMPTY HAND!!! Don’t go to this location very rude customer service!!!
