5 /5 Matt: Debbie and her staff are truly amazing. 2 of my groomsmen and I recently rented tuxedos for my wedding in August 2020. My groomsmen measurements were spot on. I actually ended up losing about 10 pounds. So of course everything was to big. Debbie and her staff were able to remeasure and order new sizes and have them overnighted for me to get to try on and pick up the next day. Their service speaks for themselves and I appreciated the initiative to go above and beyond expectations.

It’s my go-to spot for shopping for my husband, with a great variety of high-quality items and fun extras sprinkled throughout the store. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect items for any occasion. The new space is beautiful, the selection is top-notch, and the people are amazing. I cannot recommend it enough!

5 /5 Evan Goff: Brits dressed us for my wedding and I could not have been more pleased. They were precise in measuring all of my groomsman and everything came in perfect as promised. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and Debbies customer service. On the day of our wedding, she drove over 2 hours to bring us an extra bowtie clip that was damaged just hours before our wedding. I will certainly continue to do business with Brits and feel extremely comfortable in recommending them to anyone!

5 /5 Julie Clark: WOW just WOW! I cannot say enough about Brits and the team. I have placed at least 15 special orders from them in the last two years for both me (Mom) and my sons. Each and every order arrived as ordered and perfect. I cannot say enough about the entire team going above and beyond for their customers. Once you start shopping at Brits, you wont stop! Watch out. :)

1 /5 Pennie Stathes: Went into the store for some individual assistance and was told that because we did not schedule an appointment, the Store agent would have to stop helping us if she got another customer. She made us feel very undeserving and that we were a lower class than she. Obviously, she did not want to help us or want our money. She made several derogatory comments. I hope it was because we were dressed in very casual clothes and not in what are her standards. In a world where you can be anything, always be kind because it’s the right thing to do. I would not recommend this store.
