1 /5 Sheila Harrington: I went there last night and did not get the help I needed. I had placed an order with some Kohl’s cash that I had that my daughter had given me, and must have not finished paying because I bought over the amount of the cash.
When I bought it on the 31st, the system never told me to put in a credit card to save the order. I did get a chance to put in my Address, and the system supposedly saved that part of it bc I was to pick up the first item and rest was to be shipped to my house. Why am I the one that’s having to figure all this out of what happened?.
Now we’ve lost $40 of Kohl’s cash. And I’m so upset over it the lady behind the counter could hardly speak English. She tried to help me but never thought through what happened. All she could do was ask me my phone number that I used or email that I used my daughter’s name that it would’ve come from.
Not even thinking that I probably didn’t even finish ordering but the system again didn’t let me do that all because I didn’t have an order number. I don’t know why your system did what it did to me on the 31st? I know I will never order anything from Kohl’s, especially marketplace Boulevard location again.
