1 /5 Sara Collins: If you want to see what the Mean Girls cast acts like in their seventies, then you need to visit this store. I have been a customer for over 25 years, but the last several times I have walked into this location, I have been treated so rudely by associates there. They would rather talk to their friends visiting or with each other than help customers look for different sizes or suggest pieces that complement what you are looking for. The first few times, I dismissed their rude behavior due to halving a bad day or ignorance, but after what I saw today, I think they are just plain rude, arrogant and discriminatory. I love Talbots, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.

1 /5 Anila Antony: I have always been treated rudely at this store location. Staff dont even smile. They talk rudely, disregard my presence. I feel extremely unwelcome. I have interacted with atleast 5 different staff at this store. They have all been the same each time. So I cant even think that they are having a bad day. Are they simply racists??? I am not sure if I want to go back to your store anymore. I have shopped at Talbots in Dallas, Texas for a decade. They have always treated me with respect.

1 /5 Elana Nolte: Visited on Labor Day @ 6:40 and the doors were locked. No sign on the doors to indicate an early closing. According to their posted operating hours, they should have been open until 9:00. :(

1 /5 Amanda Wilson: I haven’t been in this store for a while because I’ve been shopping online throughout CoVid, but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience there compared to past experiences. I went to return some items and upon entering the store, I went straight up to the counter, where both associates standing. It was if I hadn’t even entered the store as they didn’t even look up from what they were doing. When they finally did, neither was friendly and in fact one looked at me with complete contempt or disdain, before walking away to do something else. Even the one who helped me was not exactly friendly either. While I was there, another customer walked in, looked around briefly and then came up to the counter. She waited a very brief time, but the other associate came back to the cash register and apologized for keeping her waiting. A week later, I’m still unsure whether the return transactions were even actioned correctly, as I am seeing no credit on my credit card.

1 /5 Charlotte Christian: Wandered around entire store before being acknowledged by staff. Despite being dressed entirely in this seasons Talbots clothing, staff person asked if I was just looking. As a former Talbots store manager, this definitely did not live up to my expectations.
