The manager of this store was aggressive and held no amount of accountability when my online order was mistakenly sent to another person and I received that persons order. I went to my local Hibbett store to ask about sending the shoes that received to the individual and process a refund for the shoes I did not receive. I was told that they did not believe I did not receive my shoes. They even call the person who received my shoes and they still didnt believe me. I was given a customer care team number, that number set me up with a online process. The online process to file a claim is a joke. Not only was I not able to retrieve my order number through the automated process, when I finally reach someone I was on hold for 45 minutes. Listen to a bunch of nonsense about how they would investigate when all they had to do was simply call the Douglasville store the manager knew what was happening. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of shoes from hibbetts over the years but now I dont care what type of sale or promotion they have I will never purchase shoes from them again.
