5 /5 Bonnie Carter: I love, love my Cato store. I went in there Sunday and they were so helpful and had the best attitude. I needed them both because I have had surgery and I’m on a timeline for clothes. Some I take home to try on and if I exchange them, they are a great store to deal with. I love them. I always loved their clothes even before this Sunday. But they treated me like family. Thank you Villa Rica Ga. Cato.

5 /5 Camille: Great fashionable clothes at great prices. Clothes wash very nicely and don’t shrink. Mondays are the best days to go in. They do their mark downs on this day. Customer service is always friendly and they are always willing to call another store or look online if they don’t have your size. I love shopping here!

1 /5 Terry Terry: Customer service at this location is horrible towards me. I always hear them greet other customers when they come in. When I come in, nothing comes out of their mouths and Im not sure why they always treat me this way every time. And this was my 4th or 5th time there! EVERY time I go there, I always purchase something. The clothes are poorly made so I always buy something from the clearance racks. The qualify is not worth the price! But their customer service today was the last straw. And I didnt say thank you today, which is rare for me not to do after a purchase! They asked other people if they needed help and greeted them and they treated me like I was homeless or something. I hope they read this, and start treating EVERY customer better no matter how they are dressed going into their store! I will never go back!

5 /5 Robin Phillips: We went to three different Cato stores and each one the staff was amazing, very helpful in helping me find right sizes. Recomend Cato as was pleasant shopping experience, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

5 /5 Misty Boggs: I love the variety of different items they have always sonething different, thier accessories are some of the best and unique in town .lots of things you dont find at other stores around town. The girls are always friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. And you cant beat the prices already but thier clearance prices are amazing ! Theres something for all ages from babies to the more mature lady. Love this place
