1 /5 McKenzie W.: Dropped my hat off around 3 yesterday for a monogram they told me about a hour wait so i walked around the mall came back after an hour and they told me it wasn’t ready yet i told them “no worries i’ll come back tomorrow” came back the next day and it still wasn’t ready, definitely got a refund.

1 /5 Grant Crowe: Always good products but this location is always randomly shut down with no signs saying when they will be back. The employees ALWAYS act put out that they have customers and again this location always seems to have issues with their credit card system being down. I have been here 4-5 times over the last year and 3 times it was cash only. Baseballism has the same quality hats slightly cheaper and employees dont act like jerks. Spend your money elsewhere where it is appreciated. The embroidery machine was working on a shirt while the employee was MIA. That doesnt seem like a great idea

1 /5 Stephen Burke: 4th time during business hours to correct a Christmas gift with two receipts. All times. No one there. Closed. Shut gate. Note on door. If you can’t work or schedule during business hours. You need a restructure your store. Employees are trash. Not helpful. They never have change for cash. Suspicious. Probably pocketing the money. Customer service is the worst. I tried getting help from corporate numbers. Doesn’t work. You get email or voicemail. No returns. So this is probably a waste too. If you want a hat. Drive to another Lids. Save the hassle. Douglasville Lids. Sucks. Plain and simple.
