3 /5 Hay Lily: Off sized, cant try on due to COVID-19, concerned that clothes might not last long. Good variety and accessories too. Would buy more if could of tried on. Didnt even as warranty since took most back.

3 /5 Myra Warren: The Catos off the Gray Hwy was difficult to shop at. I went in to exchange a outfit...no one was at the counter...so I waited about 5 minutes when a lady says to me...do want to exchange something...I said yes, I thought she was a customer.. neither employee had on name tags...well I got another outfit and waiteda while...at this point there was 2 employees behind the counter ...one was helping another customer. the other was just standing there hanging shirts... I asked her was she taking customers she says wait a minute and continued with the shirts...finally she did the exchange and I got out of there! It was the Friday before Easter..

2 /5 Melissa Holland: The store is very nice but also very hot. I nicely remarked to sales girl that is was hot. She started arguing with me. Told me it was not hot that they had the air conditioner fixed last week. Shoppers were walking around wiping their faces. I miss the old days when customers were given respect.
