3 /5 Jessica Mendoza: I needed an extra large roll of wrapping paper for a decoration in my shop. Going anywhere else( Walmart) after a long day of work was a NO GO. I know Burlington offers various options for Xmas decorations. The prices are affordable and they actually sell appealing items. I went days after Black Friday so there wasnt much left but I found what I was looking for. The store was quite disorganized( Im sure the store full of customers didnt help) and understaffed. There was one young lady ringing people up and another taking care of a return. There should have been more cashiers available, especially since its the holiday season. I was in line for a bit before there was additional assistance at the registers. One of my items was rung incorrectly and to return it for a price adjustment during this busy season...is MADNESS. I should have been checking as things were being wrung up, the very pleasant cashier and I were too busy chatting lol. Oh well( It was only a $1 and some change difference)! There are many GREAT finds at Burlington if you dont mind the hunting. I prefer Burlington on a regular day, less congestion. Ill be back. Thanks!

1 /5 Patricia J: This was my first time shopping here at the Burlington Store at The Macon Georgia Mall and the Manager cancelled the order after the cashier had finished ringing up my order and my husband went to take our things to the car and when he came back into the store to take the buggy out with our purchase and they said that he could not take the buggy out side. Then as I m waiting to pay for the things that I asked for a discount on an item that was opened the Manager put in the wrong price and then she said she cancelled the transaction and that my husband after he had already put the things into the car. I called my husband and told him what the manager had done and that our purchase had to be rerung because of what she had done and he wasnt pleased about it at all! I then told her that he wasnt able to bring the things back in by hand and they werent allowing the buggies to go in and out and I told them that one of them would have to go and get the things out of the car and bring them back inside for her to rerung them back up. I said because of this inconvenience that she should give me a discount and she responded No. I told her that this was her mistake and that I wasnt very happy about this whole ordeal especially being my first time shopping here. I dont think I will patronize this Store because of this BAD EXPERIENCE.

2 /5 Latoya King: Burlington does not have as many selections to me as they use too. The line is another thing that just turn me around when I walk in.

5 /5 Trish Chislett: Lots of shoes for men and kids. Lots of colognes and perfumes in. Fantastic deals on hygiene stuff like body wash, deodorant, lotions, makeup etc.
