My experience has been nothing but great! I have recommended this practice to all of my friends and family. The previous staff pales in comparison. Oftentimes I experience anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr. Nolan and his gentle hands & warm disposition puts me at ease. His recommendations are always on point. Over the phone, they clearly confirmed that they accept my insurance. However, when I showed up for my 8 AM appointment, I was told they don’t actually accept it. There was a clear communication gap between the front desk and whoever handles insurance verification. This could have easily been avoided and ended up wasting my time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
