ren wells Extremely disappointed. Received multiple text messages about confirming appointment confirmed them all receive text message day before appointment. Verifying my appointment had a screenshot of my appointment. Confirmation yet was told when I went in my appointment was canceled because I did not call them. I didn’t have time or ability to call while at work and I thought that was the point of text message and email confirmations. I was told only corporate sees those responses which sounds like there’s a problem with your office if you’re not getting communication from corporate.

I had no insurance and needed a wisdom tooth extracted and I made an appointment and they were more than willing to help me and not charge a fortune or send me to an oral surgeon. Took 5 minutes and the tooth was out and I was on my way. Thanks for helping me.

My hygienist Ariah took great care not to hurt me while performing my deep cleaning and gave me clear instructions for my at home care. Very pleased with the service.

Glenn Cunningham My experience here is of a group of people that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring. They have created an atmosphere that is quiet and welcoming, with staff behind the counter that while busy, will look up and smile. I liked how they talked to patients in the waiting room, and how they talked to me during my procedures. I liked how they remembered me not only by the info on my chart, they also listened to me and remembered particular things I told them that were important to me. Like many men, going to the doctors is a chore, but this was made a pleasant one by the staffs attitude. I can confidently say they care and Im glad I’m their patient.

She is always so concern when you tell her whats going on and gets right on trying to help you get well. Dr. ReJee is great and so concern about you. The other nurses are the best. Terry Brown I posted a negative review about this office I was frustrated my was in pain and the front office wanted money over the patient seeing the Dr. However, Dr Jackson III reached out to my wife and I and gave us some advice apologized for the front office policy. Once again Jackson and Jackson is the best Dentist office in LaGrange. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

My hygienist Jessica is an absolute gem, very thoughtful, caring, and retains personal details about me from prior conversations; she makes me feel like family. As someone with big time dentist anxiety, going to CVD makes me dread going in a good deal less.

Donna Kaye I had my dental cleaning today. When I walked into the office I was greeted, very friendly staff. I didn’t have to wait long at all. My hygienist came out and greeted me, as we walked to the back, I was asked how I was doing, how was my Christmas holiday, etc. She got everything prepared to clean my teeth, in doing so, we were also just chatting. The cleaning was really excellent! Time was taken, very thorough. I had no pain/problems. The team in this office is the best one I’ve seen in a long while. If you are looking for a really good dentist (husband and wife) who has surrounded themselves with an awesome team of professionals, then this is the one. I personally would recommend these folks to anyone. They will take care of your dental needs. You will not be disappointed.

If you need a root canal go to this team. I’ve had 3 root canals in my life and the difference using a specialist like these folks is so much better.

Nichole Shenandoah My son has autism and its been so hard for him to feel comfortable at a dentist office. From the moment we walked into the office till we left they actually cared about his feelings and if he was comfortable. They took such great care of him and took the time to explain everything they were doing or going to do. I wanted to cry watching him lay in the chair and get his teeth cleaned because he never let anyone touch him before. Thank you so much to the staff and the dentist. I highly recommend them.

Benjamin 517 B This dentist refuses to see whole families if one child misses an appointment. I was referred to this dentist, I suppose because they are the only pediatric facility in town, for my youngest child that has never even been seen here. I was told my entire family was “dismissed” due to my older child missing an appointment over FIVE years prior. I will be glad to drive the extra distance to another pediatric dentist as there are MANY in the surrounding areas. I am a nurse … can you imagine if a doctor or nurse refused to see patients … especially children?? They also mention they are so Christian in other reviews but yet refuse to see entire families (children) if one misses an appointment over five years ago. I forgot that we ever went here as it was over five years ago… but believe me, I am SO grateful that I wasn’t able to make an appointment here and wouldn’t want my child to be treated here.

Kimberly Hurtado They are very friendly and my daughter loves their office. My daughter loves it because the waiting room has little wooden rocking horses, and a TV always playing a movie for kids. They also have TVs in all the examining rooms on the ceiling for the kids to pick their own movie. My daughter loves this part also. Their office is always very very clean. Thank yall for being so great and sweet to my daughter.

They were caring and knowledgeable. I received the best care I believe I have ever received with any dental work I’ve had done. The Dr. was very thorough and made sure I understood before the day of the procedure. The front desk was also knowledgeable. I will continue to be a patient here.

Kristi Rollins If I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5 i definitely would. They took such great care of my daughter today when she had her wisdom teeth removed. Our appointment was at 8:30 and we were headed home a little after 9:00. Staff is amazing and I would recommend highly recommend them.

Bettye Trammell Dr. Nolan and staff are absolutely amazing! My experience begins with Jessica (amazing), Dr. Nolan (my wonderful dentist) and the entire staff. My experience has been nothing but great! I have recommended this practice to all of my friends and family. The previous staff pales in comparison. Oftentimes I experience anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr. Nolan and his gentle hands & warm disposition puts me at ease. His recommendations are always on point. Sheree Moorman This office is amazing and I am blessed to have found them. For years I have had trouble with 2 back teeth. I had always been told extraction or a crown were my only options. Dr. Nolan provided me with alternative options and ways to pay. Dr. Nolan and staff are knowledgeable and kind. Even during my initial appointment, I felt like I had known everyone there for years. They are incredible!

Cody Landry Took my personal time off work today for a cleaning appointment I had made. After getting at least 15 X-rays and my gums DUG into causing immediate bleeding I was informed I would not be getting my teeth cleaned and that I had a fee to pay and I would have to schedule another appointment for a “ special “ cleaning that would cost me 70 dollars because my gums are swollen and bleeding after they just got scraped with a needle for 20 mins. BUT the dentist said I had great healthy teeth… never experienced this type of pain or experience before.

Harris County Local Saw two separate providers in this office, both were unprofessional , annoyed that equipment didn’t work. Second provider was rude and “didn’t know where the problem was” yet pulled out the drill and just started drilling away. Her excuse was she has never seen me before, however I have up to date dental records with this practice. My advice, look elsewhere for quality and professional dental care.

Jerry Ann Davis I was seeing another dental office in LaGrange when the hygienist had quit and no one bothered to tell me or cancel my appointment or contact me to make other arrangements. I was told when I arrived that they couldnt see me and that it would be weeks before I could get in. I called Choice One and Heidi was able to get me in at Choice One within 2 weeks. I am so thankful Heidi took the time to explain everything about my insurance and what would transpire during my visit. With excellent staff members like Heidi, Choice One will have a long future here in LaGrange.

I have been here since before the “switch” to RAD and I must admit that the hospitality isn’t in the building like before, for me at least(a young, black woman). I received what I felt were micro aggressions from one of the receptionists, which I really didn’t appreciate. She kept acting as if I was receiving a blessing and should be thankful that my appointment was able to be moved to still be on the same day, as if I requested that specifically. I don’t know, very child like behavior. Probably wouldn’t recommend, but since I’ve already financially committed, I must stay.
