I called ahead to book an appointment and provided all my insurance information. Over the phone, they clearly confirmed that they accept my insurance. However, when I showed up for my 8 AM appointment, I was told they don’t actually accept it. There was a clear communication gap between the front desk and whoever handles insurance verification. This could have easily been avoided and ended up wasting my time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Everyone was so nice and professional. It was unbelievable how gentle and precise they work. I have sensitive teeth and had absolutely minimal pain issues. I no longer dread going to the dentist and look forward to next visit so I can have a healthy mouth.

They both put me at ease and were so friendly. Jasmine at the front desk was so helpful as well and was super nice (dont know if I am spelling the name correctly, sorry!!) !! Highly recommended!
Snellville Family Dental - Snellville Lee Michaud: I have been coming here for years and they are always honest and friendly. The hygienist was AMAZING! She gave me a lot of really good information about gum health and flossing. Also their prices are fair so you don’t feel robbed after leaving the office.
