Frances Connor Wow! We heard about this place and drove down from Chattanooga to check it out! Was worth driving twice as far!!! Quite possibly the best brisket I have ever had and every side was delicious! Treated myself to a Bannana Pudding and it was worth every bite!!!

Chris Cooke Went for our son’s birthday on Friday; it was an hour drive for us. When we entered, we were immediately greeted and told the cafeteria style ordering process. Mr. Wardlaw was at the cutting board and was kind and patient. After learning of the Birthday, they sang to him and offered a sweet treat, which was really nice. We got the 5-meat sampler, which was enough to feed the 4 of us, but then got a brisket sandwich and a chicken plate. The brisket, ribs, and sausage were some of the best bbq we’ve ever eaten. The chicken and pulled pork were great too, but the other items were the stars. I’d recommend this place to anyone; just be deliberate in timing as they have very specific hours.

Jacqueline Stone This place gets a 10/5 stars. One of the best - but actually it is the best- smoked meats we’ve ever tried. The owner is so nice and is there working with the rest of the crew to bring you good service, great smiles and above all incredible meats. Don’t sleep on the homemade pickles that come with every meal. Portions are huge so either prepare for leftovers or come very hungry. Even the kids portion of brisket was generous! This will be our new family tradition when we are in the Lafayette area.

kaitlyn spraggins The entire staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous about my procedure I was having done, however the assistant as well as Dr.Slate were both very comforting and have the best personalities! 10/10 recommend! Also like to add that Dr. Slate said he could have my wisdom tooth out in 1-3 minutes, His time was 2 minutes! Thank you all so much for such a pleasant experience!

Dr. Slate is thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Thanks to Megan who always makes our visits personable, friendly, and stress-free keeping us informed about insurance and transparent about costs before procedures. Our daughter, who’s always had anxiety at the dentist, loves Murphy (hygienist) who always goes the extra mile to make our daughter feel comfortable and at ease where she looks forward to her next cleaning. This office and staff have been a blessing for me and my family for many, many years and we look forward to many more.

April Dennison Missy Fine is and has been my hygienist for 30+ years. I have used other practices a time or two due to insurance purposes throughout my life, but no one compared. At this practice Ive always received caring and courteous service.

Richard Clement Robin is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone, unbelievable the way she talked to me on the phone for me just trying to ask simple questions. She tried lieing and saying Im asking her to do illegal things when all I did was tell her she can transfer my dental records from another dentist to this office instead of trying to charge me for X-rays and treatment plans that I have already paid for. The dentist right up the road across from the Lafayette middle school did exactly that. They pulled my records from another dentist saved me the money this place tried to charge me and worked with me in a much friendly and honest manor. Its not illegal to request your own dental or medical records and being them to another facility their your records.

Brandi Voyles I absolutely love Levie Family Dentistry! From the time you walk in you’re greeted with smiling faces. Brittany does my cleanings and does a fabulous job! I always leave with a fresh mouth and amazingly clean teeth. The doctors are extremely nice and thorough with their exam and explaining things. I drive 45 minutes and it is worth it!

Paul Nagy Honestly, I dont think I couldve asked for a better first time experience. I just moved up to Lafayette and was looking for a new family practice. I was honestly a little skeptical by the reviews but I decided to give it a shot. Heres what I personally experienced: • Facility - Very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The building is clearly signed with the practitioners names to ensure you wind up at the right place. I was having an off morning and didnt notice it, walking into a lobby I thought led to the same place, which leads me to... • Staff - The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. When I first walked into the wrong entrance there was no one at the counter, but when they saw me someone came out with a smile, apologized, and, after explaining myself, politely directed me to the correct door with no shade or ill manner at all. When I found the correct spot, the staff in that lobby were equally great. I was greeted with smiles and pleasantness which persisted the whole time. The nurse/medical assistant who helped me before seeing Dr. Betts was so good-humored, chipper, and pleasant; the rest of the staff were also friendly, relaxed, and jovial. She was very conversational and gentle as she inquired into my medical history and did some standard tests. Then Dr. Betts came in. Honestly, just based on first impressions, he surprised me. He did not seem rushed, wanted to have an actual conversation, took his time with the procedure and, unlike past doctors, I didnt feel like a drag to him or I was wasting his time being there (he was also pretty quick getting into the room). We joked as he measured my breathing and took tests which made me feel so much more relaxed than I usually am in doctors offices; it wasnt just a stale of cold atmosphere with no positive reinforcement or feedback, just stern reports. The staff was just as great on the way out - I did not feel like I was being pushed out the door and they genuinely seemed like they were looking forward to my next appointment. TL;DR: The facility is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, has a nice, relaxed, social atmosphere, the staff (again, based on first impressions) was so pleasant, skilled, and caring, and so far I feel confident and comfortable staying with them.

Erin White I have to say, the wait and the time to see the doctor was great. I didn’t wait that long at all to see her, I think I caught her name it was Emily. She was so sweet, super informing and genuinely concerned about my health. However when it came to getting my prescription, failed miserably. I am currently fighting an inflamed bladder infection and left the office at 3pm. I called both the dr office and CVS with no sign of my prescription being sent in. Let me reemphasize I am currently fighting an infection with throbbing pain. The front office at creative care was great, but I really am in shock my perception wasn’t called in before the office closed considering I’m fighting an infection. I hope this isn’t a normal thing.

Joe Meloche We have enjoyed the convenience of this office for many years. Friendly service that is usually without a long wait. Since COVID-19 regulations changed so many things they havent been taking patients inside, but instead they have a practitioner visit the vehicle once parked under a "carport" type drive thru area. There were 2 of these areas last time I had to visit, and the service was still rather quick. A recent attempt was aborted due to the symptoms of my child and the triage advised they had already exhausted their supply of Flu test, so she was kind enough to suggest other clinics nearby with phone numbers for us to call and get status before driving north, south, or whatever. I ended up making an appointment with the regular pediatrician, and driving to Chattanooga the next morning.

Hutt E The staff is very friendly and helpful, I personally see Dr. Lamb, she talks and works with me, very understanding. She has an up and coming student who was also wonderful. Highly recommend.

Brian Couch I was definitely a project for almost a year. Didnt have much faith at first but this guy knocked it out the park. Left with a smile I havent had in years. It was a process worth waiting on. Staff is as funny as Tyler is! THANK YOU

But the beauty is not limited to the exterior building, but all through the business are beautiful furnishings & beautiful employees. Dr. Ty Levie, a fourth generation family Dentist, is natural & comfortable in greeting & treating his patients. His easy, laid-back approach to dentistry calms stress & anxiety & offers the BEST dentistry in all of Walker Co. From the Receptionist Robin, to the Office Mgr. Stephanie, to the Assistants & Technicians, are all pleasant distractions to dental work. They must have been recruited from the Miss La Fayette Beauty Pageant. I can recommend w/o reservation Dr. Levie & his whole practice to provide excellent & thorough dentistry for the entire family in a warm & compassionate setting.
