1 /5 Richard Clement: Robin is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone, unbelievable the way she talked to me on the phone for me just trying to ask simple questions. She tried lieing and saying Im asking her to do illegal things when all I did was tell her she can transfer my dental records from another dentist to this office instead of trying to charge me for X-rays and treatment plans that I have already paid for. The dentist right up the road across from the Lafayette middle school did exactly that. They pulled my records from another dentist saved me the money this place tried to charge me and worked with me in a much friendly and honest manor. Its not illegal to request your own dental or medical records and being them to another facility their your records.
