1 /5 Lizeth castro: always overbooked very very unprofessional its a chop shop. i was very overcharged for the service didnt do a test strange even after she knew i had multiple colors in my hair then was shocked when she bleached me & it was multiple colors i told her i DID NOT WANT SILVER i wanted BLONDE she still did it silver she burnt my bangs so badly they were sticking up all over the place at the end of my service i had so many different colors in my hair i will never come back here.

1 /5 Lee Leigh (Condor): I just wanted to write a review concerning the poor customer service and lack of professionalism at the Super Family Hair Salon located at 2395 Sugarloaf Pkway #500, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. A few months ago, I was looking around to obtain a salon to cut my hair / as a backup salon.  So, I went to Google and reviewed searches within my immediate area. So, I came across Super Family Hair Salon. Read the reviews and run by their facilities to make an inquirement. I spoke with the Owner Teresa. Teresa said she would be happy to cut and style my hair. She explained the prices and their operations. So about a month later I called and spoke with a lady/employee identified as Tee.  I asked if she had time to cut my hair, and she said yes. She provided a time I said that would work. About 30 minutes later Tee called and asked if I could come in about an hour later, I said OK. About 2 hours after I called and set a time I arrived and the salon. Tee had a customer in the chair, so I waited. I was not happy with the changes and operations. So, Tee trimmed my hair and I left. The salon prefers cash over check or credit card. (Sometimes wrong there). So, I called and spoke with Tee again on June 6. Tee is off on Mondays and Tuesdays.  So, I made an appointment for Tuesday 6/11/224. Tee said OH we dont make appointments we open at 10:00 am (first come first serve). I said that isnt what you guys said when I first contacted you. So, I went by the salon on 6/10/2024 for a trim (no appointment). So, when I arrived Teresa was there with a customer in the chair and 1 waiting. I said I needed to get a trim. Theresa said she had an appointment coming in and it would be an hour or more to wait or come back. I advised Teresa they were the most unprofessional salon I have ever known in my 60 years of living. I further said I would not ever set foot back in their salon. Summation: Based on the salon businesses practices of cash preferred and the confusion on appointments and services. I feel they are discriminating and want cash payment.  They charge a user fee if credit cards are used.  Based on the level of service and professions I would not recommend this salon for service.
