5 /5 Barbara Reigel: The first pictures are what my hair looked like going into things, the second set is my reference pictures, the last set is what I came out looking like. Super happy with it! Super nice and sweet, not judgmental at all about how damaged and unkempt my hair was. Very patient with a mini-consultation to make sure we had the same vision. I went in with wanting weight off my grown out mullet and to keep as much length as possible. Just make sure you have reference pictures of similar texture and length to your hair, and that you know what it is that you like about those pictures!

1 /5 Oblivious Bloom: I’ve had Great Clips do bad jobs before but NEVER have they done this bad. Do NOT let the black lady with the bun touch your hair. I walked out of there chopped. On top of that she was RUDE.

1 /5 the bunniboi: I severely apologize for having to do this but I feel like it has to be said. There was nothing wrong with my haircut it was done well. However I did a online check-in through via the website. As soon as I got in they asked for my phone number (I could have sworn I put in my own phone number) and as soon as they put me in they registered me in as if I never did an online check -in.(they put me in with my middle name which is fine but they separated it from my online check-in) I tried to get them to know twice it was me. They never apologized for it and two guys went in getting their haircut before I did. I hope this problem gets fixed because there could be people going to catch a flight or trying to get somewhere in a timely manner. Again i am deeply sorry I did tip my stylist for what she did but that was it.

1 /5 Sirena Vann: Show the young woman a picture of the cut i wanted. The back looks good but the sides are horrible. Its cut too short in some spots. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I swear no one at any great clips can cut hair. It took her a hour to mess my hair up. Never again

1 /5 Paola Tobar: I got just a bang trim around 19 Oct 24 time frame before my vacation. I literally just wanted some longer bangs: I had a bad feeling about this place but choose to ignore it. I was seated with the African American woman that works directly to the left of the check in counter. I didn’t get her name but she had really short colored hair with choppy layers. I already didn’t trust her by the state of her hair and the fact we had different hair textures but I still sat down showed her my reference picture and trusted her. Well she cut my dry bangs and they are literally the worst bangs I have ever had. I paid, tipped, went back to the car and then cried for 3 days straight. Fast forward, I was still gaslighting myself into thinking maybe I’m just exaggerating but yesterday I went to Valerie’s downtown salon in Perry and I asked the lady there if I was overreacting and she assured me I wasn’t. I LITERALLY HAVE HAIR MID WAY THROUGH MY HAIR THAT THIS WOMAN AT GREAT CLIPS CHOPPED FOR MY BANG TRIM. Who knows how long it will take to grow this mess out. Shame on this woman for cutting hair when she has no clue or love for it. LESSON OF THE STORY FOLLOW YOUR GUT, WALK OUT IF THE VIBES SEEM WRONG, don’t trust someone who has diffent textured hair as you, if their hair is bad then they will leave ur hair bad, WHO cares what anyone thinks, protect your hair, go to a real salon and pay a little more.
