Today, the 3rd time I made sure that I have appointment at 4:45 with Soko, I reached by time and Soko was cutting so I wait and after 12-15 minutes, the owner comes to me and said she have 3 more ppl before me and it may take long time. When I said I have appointment @4:45 with Soko, she said āappointment no workā. I asked then why you gave me appointment when I called at 3:00? She didnāt had any answer but she repeated same thing āno appointment ⦠appointment no work⦠I drove 20 minutes to get there from watkinsville and ya they are not cheaper (about $25. With tips.)
How unprofessional way to do business and discrimination agains all and favors to their own community? Thereās no way you should support this business if you believe in equality among all. Itās a SHAME how this ppl run their business. Just go where they really respect you as a customer.
Sadie Giberti: Angela is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and corrected a mistake that another salon had made with my blonde hair. I dont normally go to small-town salons and I was very skeptical at first, but Angela and Suite 354 Salon and Day Spa astounded me with their quality, professionalism, hospitality and friendly environment.
Angela frequently checked on me to ensure I was comfortable, and I left very satisfied.
Marilyn D Harbin: My son got married at Callaway gardens, which is 3 hours from my home. I have never been a part of a formal wedding and had been stressing over it for weeks. I had to find someone to take care of mine and my daughters hair and makeup. I called Anne Michaels salon 3 weeks before the event and she talked to me about what I would need to bring with me, suggested I wear a button shirt so I wouldnt mess my hair up when getting dressed, etc. She was a lifesaver! I went into her salon looking so plain Jane but left looking so elegant. Thank you Anne, you really know your stuff
