Studio 116 - Hiawassee (GA)

1 /5 Jessica: Updating post with my experience from awhile back: I had long, healthy hair and went to get highlights for my birthday which I have done before at other salons and it would turn out great. But this time it was damaged beyond repair. It became so frizzy and dry and I did everything at home to try to get it back to what it was for weeks but nothing worked so I ended up going to another salon to just chop it all off. The person who did my hair was very nice but everything was rushed because of some miscommunication on what she thought I actually wanted and what she ended up having to do. Then she had someone right after me so I just ended up paying for the service and leaving. Pictures: What I wanted vs what I got, and then how it looked after I attempted to fix it on my own.

1 /5 Lily Loyd: made an appointment 2 weeks ago. the day of the appointment i called multiple times, emailed, and left voicemails. i still went anyways and when i showed up the lady was very rude about the whole thing. she didn’t apologize, and proceeded to ask what id like to be done. she was giving me a look the whole time. she then told me i need to save my money and that it would probably cost more then $250 dollars to do what i wanted. then told me i should reschedule when i have money to do what i want. what a waste of my time. never EVER coming back, not even for free.
