    5 /5 Lisa Kelley: I had a nice visit at their Studio today. I believe the owner did my mani/ pedi. She was so kind. I have Parkinson’s and cannot take care of my feet any Longer and they were in a mess. She didn’t complain once and did the best job on my feet. She gave a great manicure, as well. Both of the women in the shop today were very nice. I will definitely go back.

    1 /5 Becky Ware: So irritated! I called Believe Nails in Soperton, GA to find out what time they closed last night. I spoke with the man that works there who said they closed at 7 PM last night. So I leave work EARLY to make it up there before they closed. I arrived at 6:28 PM and GUESS WHAT!!! Pitch black, door locked, not a single person in there!!! VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM!!! I am not the only one who has had this happen! I was told by someone that they will never go there again because of this & their unprofessionalism. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I had called and made them aware that I was coming!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
    1 /5 Lisa Baldwin: Was looking for a new place since we relocated. Figured we’d try them out. They had no idea what I meant when I asked how their equipment was sanitized. I wanted a waterfall design. The guy took 1 look at the picture I showed. Said he couldn’t do it, that 1 of the woman would do it & rudely walked away. Never said another word to me. So I’m sitting there waiting & they had started removing my mom’s polish. The woman told her relax her hands & even smacked my moms hands once! Absolutely rude!! I wouldn’t ever waste my $ here again. We actually asked to pay for just removing the nail polish$20. And then we left. 1 of the worst shops I have EVER been in!! I won’t ever waste my money on this business again!! Look elsewhere, unless you enjoy dealing with rude people. And I rarely ever write reviews. That’s how bad it was!
    2 /5 Marana Adams: The guy is great! The woman, Im assuming is his wife, was extremely rude to my mother in law and I today. Im not going back. My nails look great though, thanks to the other last doing them. So go at your own discretion.

    teriyuna: BS my nails chipped same day and 2 fell off the next 2 days for $55 set then charged me to fix . DO NO RECOMMEND! And when I went in there act like you don’t remember me come on really YOU KNOW ME. I think they need to work on communication skills don’t know how to face people when they wrong.

    Isabella Castillo: I went for a gel manicure and pedicure on Tuesday (03/03/24) and the staff was very nice, especially Alex. I was happy with the overall product, however, they soaked my hands in what I think was cuticle softener, and it has destroyed my skin. When my hands were soaking, it was burning my skin, so I removed my hands. I left with my hands still burning. My skin has been flaking, itchy, dry, and now matter how much lotion I use, they don’t get better. Fast forward to Friday (03/07), my skin is still flaking, the texture of my skin is horrible, and I can’t stand the feeling.

    Kimberly Pearson: Helen is great! The did an amazing job on my gel nails, and when she missed a little piece with polish she very quickly addressed my concern, and fixed it right then. Helen also waxed my eyebrows and theyre perfect! I will be back when Im due for a fill in, and Ill be recommending Lagrange Nails to all my friends and family!! Thanks Helen!!

    Heavenly Rose: Always makes you feel welcome. I went one day 30 minutes to closing it was myself niece and her 2 daughters the staff waited on everyone there without a problem. My great niece said she was hungry so the nail tech went to the back and grabbed her a snack. This will be my go to place for sure.

    Cassie Efurd: The ladies were just as nice as could be. It was like an hour and a 1/2 before closing when my mother in law and I went in to get our nails done. The color and art is pretty but my fingers dont go stretch up. I came back to have them fixed during my break and she said she would fix 2 but 4 are messed up. She told me to sit down. And that was 15 minutes ago. Im the only one here. My mothers nails were This will be the last time I ever come here. OK she sanded the color off and Shorten the nail sink and that will help but it did not. Like I thats the last time Ill ever go there.
