Destinee Moropoulos Best nails I’ve ever gotten. I stopped getting my nails done for quite some time and recently tried the nail salon In The shopping center behind L’s and was left with absolutely horrible nails and every finger cut. I went to L nails for a new set and WOW. They’re all smooth and even and not a single cut finger and they’re beautiful! I highly recommend them and will be going back to them and only them for now on! The nail artist was also very pleasant, was incredibly thorough and seriously did a perfect job, Thank you for that!

Jennifer Howes I had an 11am appointment & so did 7 other customers. It is now 12::20pm & I’m still waiting to get a fill. There is no system here. Just chaos!!! Appointments mean NOTHING!!!!! I wish someone would open a nail salon downtown Hayesville. This is a horrible experience & very frustrating!!!! It comes down to greed!!!! They really don’t care about their customers or their customers time!! Some people have had enough & are now walking out! It’s unfortunate!

Kris Cavanaugh I went with my daughter, step mother and her mom to Dnails. We are new to the area so went off reviews online. Everyone was going for different services and they all had basically fine experiences. Work was good service was good. My experience was quite different. My manicurist kept complaining to me that I wanted my nails too long and if they were shorter it wouldnt be taking so long. Seriously. I was there for 2 1/2 hours, almost 3 for a set of gel nails. Everyone else in my party had to leave and come back for me!! He sighed and rolled his eyes, telling me that if I wanted my nails shorter he would already be done. After several snide remarks and bratty behavior about my nails, I told him he was making me very uncomfortable. His job on my gel nails was substandard. But overall the work was fine. I LOVE going to the salon to get my nails done. But I will NEVER go back to this salon again. Shame on this manicurist for being so rude in accommodating my (the customers) wishes. If he has such a problem with it maybe he should specify he only does nails to a certain length!!!

Sandra Murch I found this place by accident. I. Got an SNS nails. Eric took such good. Care of me. He made sure everything was absolutely perfect.. From the smallest detail. He was very engaging and sweet and that is rare in most shops these days. The price was amazing for the service and attention to detail that the shop aims for. Thanks Eric. Ill be back!

Roxy Giddens Nicole is my “GO TO” Person at Julie’s Nails and Spa in Hiawassee, Georgia. She is so great and is very attentive to detail. She takes her time and does a wonderful job each time for me. She’s also very kind and a great person. I love her and I will always go back to her as long as she is around.

Allison McKail I was visiting from out of town and decided to take a chance on a walk-in appointment. JoJo mentioned we were lucky to get in since they’re usually busy, and wow—what a lucky day it turned out to be! Trying a new nail salon in an unfamiliar place can be hit or miss, but this was a total win. JoJo’s conversation was so fun and engaging, and her work? Absolutely incredible. 10/10 would recommend!

Heather Hudanish Went to Jojos and had a great experience! The owner Jojo did my nails herself and she was just lovely. I called for acrylics but they do SnS nails which I never had done before but it was so much easier and no crazy fumes to inhale. If youre looking for somewhere to not only have an amazing outcome on your nails but also a really fun, friendly and relaxing experience I recommend calling Jojos for an appointment. I will be back for sure!

Tina Branch Me and my mom went to jojo and johns for her mothers day pedicures. They are both awesome, professional and beautiful art work! Very talented... will definitely be back on my next visit to georgia. :)

Jessica Updating post with my experience from awhile back: I had long, healthy hair and went to get highlights for my birthday which I have done before at other salons and it would turn out great. But this time it was damaged beyond repair. It became so frizzy and dry and I did everything at home to try to get it back to what it was for weeks but nothing worked so I ended up going to another salon to just chop it all off. The person who did my hair was very nice but everything was rushed because of some miscommunication on what she thought I actually wanted and what she ended up having to do. Then she had someone right after me so I just ended up paying for the service and leaving. Pictures: What I wanted vs what I got, and then how it looked after I attempted to fix it on my own.

Birdie W. I have had three months of nail trauma and decided to seek professional help. I had such a horrible experience at Star Nails that I immediately ran to this salon in tears for help. Sophie took pity on my massacred nails, worked me in, and set me on the road to recovery. She was so gentle, professional, and exactly what I needed. The whole store seemed to have good rapport with each employee and client. I, also, appreciate that they do not reuse files and buffers.

Brenda Lary Jackie, Sophie, and Rick are the best. I have been a customer for years and recommend it. They rarely have available appointments for new customers.

WordNerd Its true that this place does a good job with mani/pedis. However, if you dont enjoy sitting while the staff (the owner was by far the worst) gossips and talks bad about the customers who just left, then this is not the place for you. Equally bad is all of the cursing they do (again, the owner was the worst). It was F-this and F-that the entire time. After being there for an hour and hearing the negative gossip about all the other customers, it made me wonder what they would say about me after I left. Not a good experience and I will not go back unless the ownership changes.

Kayli Watkins This place is amazing. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, didnt have to wait at all, and they filled up quickly. My experience was fantastic. My nails looked beautiful. I just got a basic French tip on both hands and feet but it was perfect. Price was reasonable too and I even spent a bit extra to get the "volcano" pedicure, worth it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks to the staff also, they were so friendly and very professional.

Kyla Meigs I got my nails done three weeks ago and they are still looking as amazing as they did when I first got them, no chips no breaks, and I’m a busy mom of two. Everyone compliments the design and color! The first photo was right after I got them done and the second is three weeks later. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Reedy Absolutely fabulous!! I actually live about 45 mins from this nail salon and let me tell you, WORTH THE DRIVE!! I’ve been bouncing from place to place paying high prices for service that looks like garbage or where I feel like I just came out of a battle with swords from the damage. I am forever telling other places “please cut my toenails straight across to prevent m grown - and what do they do? You guessed it! Created the perfect ingrown toenail. Now, lemme tell ya about my girl Tee. She was AMAZING. Little bit of a language barrier but the other folks would come over and help us out to get everything perfect. I was treated with care, the place is super clean even while they are adding onto their space, and they treat like a friend. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on!

Annie Timberlake I went there for the first time last week to get my nails done with my friends and I loved the experience. The Nail Tech that did my nails knew exactly what I wanted. Super calming and relaxing atmosphere, and they make pleasant conversation with you. My favorite part of the whole experience was that I am a nail biter and they didn’t once criticize me or make fun of me about it. The nails still look amazing as well. I will definitely be back in the future.

Brittney DeVincentis I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Tommy did my nails, and he did an outstanding job with a super cute design. Not only was his work flawless, but his attitude was great—so friendly and welcoming! Holly took care of my pedicure, and I can’t recommend the jelly pedicure enough—it’s absolutely amazing! This is hands down the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ellyn Drotzer My sister and I recently visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. First, there was no clear communication about an additional charge for gel polish during the pedicure. Only after the service was underway was it mentioned — no upfront transparency at all. To make matters worse, I had to stop my pedicure midway. The woman working on me was incredibly rude, dismissively telling me that the owner was “too busy” to provide the Wi-Fi password when I politely asked. The whole attitude was unprofessional and completely unwelcoming. Spending money on self-care should feel like a treat — not like you’re a burden. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others.
