1 /5 Sadie Pruitt: My mother went here to get her brakes fixed, and they did that fine. However, she also asked him to look at her tail lights (they havent been working since an accident). He told her the price, and it was really high since you have to take it to the dealership, so we just didnt have it done. However, then she noticed that her radio and clock stopped working. Upon returning to Stans, she asked if it was possible that he had knocked something loose and just asked if he could take a look at that part of the car. Apparently, he didnt like the question, because he literally blew up at her. "People think were always knocking stuff loose, you cant accuse me, we fix cars, we dont knock things loose". Really, really rude. My mom was upset and she said, "Oh Im not trying to be mean, I dont know anything about cars..." and he said, "Oh I know you dont know anything about cars". He refused to look at it, talked very, very rudely to her, and also got mad because it was 4 (even though they close at 6). We wont be coming back. He doesnt deserve any money from us. Weve gotten things done at Stans before, but he was a straight up jerk today.
