5 /5 George Seth: We backed our Sprinter Class C camper off the back of the site at Rabun Lake National Forest campground. It needed to be wenches out of the ditch so we called Good Sams Roadside assistance, and they sent Coty Gettys of Boyds automotive and towing. Coty was quick to show up, and was very professional and courteous. After he got us out of the ditch, he went above and beyond to fix our tailpipe that had been dislodged. Boyds provided great service and Coty was very personable and helpful.

They towed my car to Boyd automotive first he told me 100$ than it went to a 175$ after he had done picked my car up for 15 minutes down the road.We kept asking him to put it on the scanner tool to let us know what was wrong with the car he never did kept telling us what he thought was wrong with the car.So at this time we had some words he told us to just come get our car hung the phone without being professional let’s us know that he charge 75$ for after hours reminding you we stayed 2 hours away and witch he knew this but he took and mixed business with personal that tells you right there he don’t know how to handle business than once we get there he asked do we have cash witch we did because we knew by now he was a crook and was going to only want cash so the government couldn’t count all his money he has going into his business. Neatless to say we paid this man 350$ and didn’t even get our car fixed just for 15 minutes towing down the road. Listen don’t call these people unless you want to gave your money away.But this is not over for me. It is a such thing as small claims court.

5 /5 Travis Walters: Coty was an absolute pro… I didn’t give him the most to work with (as you can see) but he couldn’t have done it better. He picked up this dirty ole’ Mustang in Toccoa early Saturday morning and had it in the storage locker in ATL a little less than two hours later…. Would 100% recommend him and will definitely be requesting service for my other projects again soon. Thanks Coty!!!

1 /5 Marissa R. Teasley: Asked for This place to take my CAR from Hills in Lavonia to Ed murdock right up the road. Was charged $149, guy communicated that he was on the way for a whole hour and a half. After 2 and a half hours, I tried reaching out, he wouldn’t answer, respond to any calls or messages from me or my insurance company! Least he could’ve done was communicated if he couldn’t make it. Very disappointed. I eventually called another company and they came within 15 minutes and charged only $75!
