The check-in process was a breeze. I think this was probably my second ever massage in my life, but I definitely think this will now be a regular thing. Whitney was amazing with my massage!!! She was a ray of sunshine and knew exactly where my tense points were. I left there feeling cloud-like!

    Cali K: They don’t take instructions well. I showed a picture and asked repeatedly would the design replicate the picture & they ensured me it would. I expressed why would I pick my base color if you’re going to hide it. Told them the design makes my hands look older than they are. What I asked for is not what I received. My mom was also disappointed with her freestyle because of was misplaced rhinestones. The first pic is what I asked for. The orange old lady nails is what I got. The honey mustard color is there freestyle.

    Jazze Pooh: Polish is lumpy . Whole pedicure experience was rushed . Did not do a good job with cutting hang nails or dead hard skin from around toe nails . I wanted square short Frenchtip, explained to the nail tech 3 times how I wanted them ,and she started polishing my whole toe nail.. take your business where people listen to what and actively deliver just that .
