1 /5 Cali K: They don’t take instructions well. I showed a picture and asked repeatedly would the design replicate the picture & they ensured me it would. I expressed why would I pick my base color if you’re going to hide it. Told them the design makes my hands look older than they are. What I asked for is not what I received. My mom was also disappointed with her freestyle because of was misplaced rhinestones. The first pic is what I asked for. The orange old lady nails is what I got. The honey mustard color is there freestyle.

1 /5 Emerald Holliday: Got my nails done by this place today and they did an awful job, I constantly had to keep telling the guy doing my nails what was looking bad and before he even did the acrylic I had him take off the set I currently had. Instead of soaking them off he ripped them off and 3 of my nails were bleeding, he also had patches in my acrylic nails so it was not smooth, but lumpy then charged 55$ for them. I will not be using this place again and I do not recommend it to people.

5 /5 Brandi Sykes: My first visit, I knew this would be my nail salon!! Great service, great prices, very clean and relaxing. They offer many different services, but I got a full set of acrylic nails and a polish change on my toes. I couldnt believe my total was only $27! Jhon did my nails, he did a wonderful job! I could barely tell that I add artificial nails on. They werent thick and the length and shape were perfect! He spoke great English and even joked with me when they were talking in a foreign language. He was very friendly yet very professional. I will be returning to Rubys Nail and spa for all my beauty services. The pictures show my nails after they were done and the huge selection of polish colors. They do gel nails and they also have unique powder colors for special effect polishing. I chose to use gel polish without the gel overlay..I was and still am very satisfied with my nails and toenails.
