    Gabrielle Reed: This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician cut my foot with a razor, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to finish my service. No apology, no concern, just pure attitude acting like I was the one who did it or something! Then said they were tried to scrape my foot with it to get rid of dead skin when there is a separate tool for that, they used the wrong tool. Not sure if they are new or anything but it’s pure common sense! On top of that, they stood there debating out loud about whether they even wanted to serve me — like I was some kind of problem. It was disgusting and completely disrespectful. Honestly, the way they treated me felt blatantly racist. I have never been made to feel so unwanted and humiliated in a place where I’m paying for a service. Nails turned out horrible on top of the experience, and I hated them. As soon as I got home I took them off with acetone. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t deserve a single dollar of business. There is NO EXCUSE to be treated like this from a 5 star business. Never coming here again.

    Daphne Laborn: One thing I don’t play about is my mother. And she told me she had a horrible experience at your salon. She said you all were making fun of her feet, trying to take pictures of them, when you were supposed to be doing your job (pedicure). I don’t like that. I’ll leave a review from every google account I have to get this salon down to a 1 star. I will be forwarding and having others leave a review as well. Unacceptable. Do your job or go back to where you come from.

    Julianne Robinson: Do not go here! I called over the phone to book an appointment, they told me $55 for medium length, acrylic, polish. When the guy started my nails, I told him that’s not the length I requested I said “oh” without correcting it. After he placed the acrylic 3/4 away from my cuticle. I told the person at the counter that this is not the length I requested and he said okay pay $53. He didn’t even oiled my cuticles after he was finished, after the service I nails looked as if they were done a week and a half ago because it was far away from the cuticle. I got them done on Monday and they were already lifting on Friday. Bear in mind I’m a desk clerk so I’m not doing any hard work to break them.
