1 /5 Macy McDonald: My grandpa made a reservation for me, my mom, my sister in law, & himself for pedicures for our Christmas present. One of our party was here 10 minutes early, the rest of us showed up 2 minutes after our scheduled time and they were unable to service 2 of us. This wasn’t mentioned until all 4 of us sat down & 2 of us were started. They then told us since we were 2 minutes late they couldn’t service us. I was at the red light for the 2 minutes that made us late. Extremely disappointed. No effort to make it right, they said we could wait for someone else to be done which was 30 minutes after our appointment. We’re now sitting next to them while they get serviced & my grandpa is upset as this was his present to us. Used to be loyal but will not be back. The manager “Ngoc” is one who said since we arrived at 2:02 for our 2:00 appointment we couldn’t get service.

1 /5 Amy McDonald: As I am sitting here with my party of four, only two were able to get pedicures because they said we were two minutes late so they started someone else. However, looking around there are not enough nail techs to have done us anyway. 2 minutes late? Really? What an excuse. On our last visit here we had appt for two and they only started one and put my feet in water. I waited 25 minutes before someone started on me. I will not revisit this place. They obviously do not care about your time. If you have an appt good luck you will need it!

5 /5 Tabitha R: The best experience Ive had in a long time! This was clean and has such a calm vibe. Its beautiful inside. I was very happy. Massage chair was great. I felt so relaxed.

5 /5 Jirea Thomas: They take well care of their customers and give you water provides you with stuff you need . They are very nice and keep making sure you are okay & comfortable. Wendy did my nails she is so awesome and amazing.
