5 /5 R C R: I am a mature woman and this Dental team has proven to be the very best experience. It starts with the moment you’re greeted at the front door. The Dentist has never been my favorite place to go but it’s something that has to be done in order to maintain good oral hygiene. Every single person was kind and willing to accommodate me by any means to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Rolle is the STAR of the EXPERIENCE because he cares about what’s best for the patient. He took his time and explained everything. He was also very gentle and he treated me with respect. Unfortunately, in the past I have been very disrespected while receiving dental services. As well as treated with harsh and cruel measures. So thanks everyone at the Smile By Design for treating me the way all patients should be treated while receiving dental services.

5 /5 Olivia Dixon: I never usually write reviews, but since I left I’ve been telling my friends and loved ones how much the staff and doctors were so amazing. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and I was beyond nervous but everyone made me feel the complete opposite. Ms Sherie (hope i spelled that right) was such a ray of light and so nice. Ashley was so attentive and was so sweet. I was in and out in no time. I’m glad i found my forever dentist home!

Kristen Tyler: I almost never leave reviews but I am still in disbelief at how efficient and pleasant our experience was here. I have never (myself or daughters) been to a dentist office that actually caters to children as much as they do. My 10 year old has extreme anxiety, yet she left feeling 100x better about seeing the dentist. This was our first visit here and my girls were in and out within 45 minutes. A place like this truly changes the fear that is associated with going to to the dentist.

Catherine: My parents and I have been patients here for a year or two now, and we’ve had a great experience. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and in great spirits. I really appreciate how they take the time to have conversations with me—it’s a small gesture, but it makes every visit more enjoyable. I also love that they have bilingual employees, which I think is so important for ensuring clear communication and making all patients feel comfortable (like my own parents). Most importantly, they are completely transparent with their pricing. They provide a detailed breakdown of all expenses on paper, which helps me plan ahead for any necessary procedures. I also had my implant done here, and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

GerOnimO JoNes: I am rewriting my review from some years back as I do not see it posted. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a business. Dr. Reese’s assistant, I think her name was Lashonda, was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with as far as customer service. When I did my x-ray, she acted as though the reason she couldn’t get the image was my fault. She was very rude. When she was giving me the anesthesia she just said: “Arm.” There was no greeting or bedside manner to speak of; just very cold and off-putting. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once. Days later, I went back due to pain in one particular extraction site and who do I get but the assistant from hell. She was very dismissive. She informed me (without properly inspecting) that the only thing she could do was irrigate it. I specifically asked if Dr. Reese could look at it to make sure it wasn’t infected and she basically acted like it was impossible for me to see him; she never allowed me to see him. I paid $600 dollars only to be treated like that. Suffice to say I would never go back there or refer anybody to this business. I was referred to them by my dentist thinking this would be a good experience and it was not. Dr. Reese was nice but he should really look into acquiring a staff that better serves his vision.

Dr. Deas and his team are super thorough, excellent communicators and have awesome bedside manner! Melissa (dental assistant) was very kind, comforting and provided excellent customer service! Son Mtooshort “Day day”: Please avoid this place at all cause mouth peace at 7191 Douglas Blvd, it is the worst Dental experience I have ever been to. Very rude nasty attitudes its a money thing for them. I left out being a very unsatisfied customer. The teeth doesnt fix I cant eat with them and they said theres nothing else they can do instead of sending them back to the lab they are trying to repair them in the office, unless youre probably going in for a full set of teeth stay away I did read the bad reviews before choosing this place and it was the worst mistake of my life because I went anyway, You can tell what kinda place youre going to by the parking lot , this is a hole in the wall for sure. Do your research and find a better place because this isnt a place Id wish on my worst enemy. All I have to say is God dont like ugly and theres nothing good thats going to come out of the way they treat people 5/2/2025

Jessie Grimm: I made an appointment for both of my daughters, never told we were out of network until the end of the appointment. I told them that unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere that is in network. We went to Creekside Dental (they are absolutely amazing and highly recommend Creekside). When I called to have the X-rays (that I paid for) sent over to Creekside, they told me it was $75 to send them. They are only digital and we’re unable to give me a physical X-rays. They told me this is Dr. Jones personal rule. When I made the appointment, it was only for cleanings. They did X-rays and checked their teeth. Came back and told me everything that needed to be done with a bill of how much everything would be. They never cleaned their teeth. Money hungry and will not be going back.
