The office is clean and inviting. Sanitizer on hand. This facility helped me fix an error on my dental insurance. The dentist is always engaging with you throughout your procedures. They let you know ahead of time what they will do. I felt so comfortable here. This is the type of service that should be EVERYWHERE. Other businesses should take note. They always made sure to give updates on progress at every visit, my daughter like that. she had cool rubber band colors to choose from, scheduling was made fast and easy, and staff was friendly. R C R I am a mature woman and this Dental team has proven to be the very best experience. It starts with the moment you’re greeted at the front door. The Dentist has never been my favorite place to go but it’s something that has to be done in order to maintain good oral hygiene. Every single person was kind and willing to accommodate me by any means to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Rolle is the STAR of the EXPERIENCE because he cares about what’s best for the patient. He took his time and explained everything. He was also very gentle and he treated me with respect. Unfortunately, in the past I have been very disrespected while receiving dental services. As well as treated with harsh and cruel measures. So thanks everyone at the Smile By Design for treating me the way all patients should be treated while receiving dental services.

Noah Farmer These guys awesome, and they do amazing work! My teeth are so white and clean I think I can eat off of them. They offer a dental plan incase you don’t have insurance (guilty) that lets you come in for cleanings and I believe pays for X-rays (not 100%). They also filled in my teeth where I got a chip from an accident, now I don’t look like a looney tunes character when I smile! I usually never have to wait long to get in all the dentists are really professional

I appreciate the quick and thorough job, the compliment on how Im doing with maintenance and the tips for stains (Im a big daily hot tea drinker)! Even with the annual x-rays, I was in and out and at the checkout desk in just a little over one 1 hour.

GerOnimO JoNes I am rewriting my review from some years back as I do not see it posted. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a business. Dr. Reese’s assistant, I think her name was Lashonda, was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with as far as customer service. When I did my x-ray, she acted as though the reason she couldn’t get the image was my fault. She was very rude. When she was giving me the anesthesia she just said: “Arm.” There was no greeting or bedside manner to speak of; just very cold and off-putting. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once. Days later, I went back due to pain in one particular extraction site and who do I get but the assistant from hell. She was very dismissive. She informed me (without properly inspecting) that the only thing she could do was irrigate it. I specifically asked if Dr. Reese could look at it to make sure it wasn’t infected and she basically acted like it was impossible for me to see him; she never allowed me to see him. I paid $600 dollars only to be treated like that. Suffice to say I would never go back there or refer anybody to this business. I was referred to them by my dentist thinking this would be a good experience and it was not. Dr. Reese was nice but he should really look into acquiring a staff that better serves his vision.

Nicole Grissom Dr. Reese and his staff are very pleasant people and he does an excellent job with explaining details of the process of what to expect after the procedure is done. Always answer any questions you may have. They are very prompt with text messages pertaining to the appointment. I would recommend Dr. Reese to all my family and friends. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure he accepts your insurance.

Kenya Johnson Dr. Reese and the entire staff took such GREAT care of me! I was so nervous about surgery. After my initial consultation, I felt much better about the process. Post op was very smooth. After care instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. I’m all healed now and my general dentist even raves about Dr. Reese’s work! Highly recommend.

Gigi M I originally had a 2:00 appointment and called to see if I could get an early appointment. I was offered 9:40 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. so I chose the latter. The office staff was very accommodating. My dental hygienist was Cookie. She greeted me with the spirit in which she enjoy what she does. Dr Daniel and his son was great and how they treated me detailing everything that needed to be done and no extras if not needed. They took very good care of me. Cookie was so supportive about my fears. She encouraged me every step of the way about my teeth cleaning (instruments, noises , etc.). No nitrous required - amazing! Dr. Daniel was kind as well, explaining my upcoming dental needs gently and without any pressure. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you!

sandy wellborn I had an excellent experience from start to finish during my tooth extraction. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The assisting team was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the entire process, and Dr. Treadway was not only professional but also very caring and gentle. While no one enjoys the idea of a tooth extraction, they truly made the experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He also came in the room putting you at ease and making sure you are ok during the procedure. He had a great technique to relax you prior to the first numbing needle. Great office.

Christie Smith-Harden The front office staff is friendly over the phone, but their in-person demeanor is quite different. When I arrived, the receptionist behind the glass didn’t greet me; instead, she immediately asked if I had received the text about the patient paperwork. The office manager spoke to me in a condescending tone when I asked a simple question. I’m considering going elsewhere, but the dentist is kind, and the young lady who took my X-rays was very pleasant.

I was asked several times how I was doing. Shots administered painlessly. I have used this practice for years.i have never had a bad experience.

Latrenda Beware of this place!! The new dentist here is unprofessional, unintelligent and has no knowledge of what she is doing. This place needs to be shutdown!! Do yourself a favor and test her skills. She is unaware of some of the names of the instruments. At this point I am questioning her credentials. This whole place is a joke!! You will be sitting there for hours because she is researching how to complete a simple procedure. She needs to be reported because she is putting patience in danger!!

Paula Fields I went into coastal dental for a Dental clearance for surgery. After completing the x-rays, I was told that I needed a bridge because it was potential signs that an infection could set in. Therefore, my medical clearance was not signed off on that day. However, the office manager was very kind, sweet and understanding that she was able to work me in the following week. On October 17 was the day of my procedure. When I entered the office I was very nervous about having the procedure done. The doctor entered the room, introduced himself. I still was feeling a little nervous and uptight. However, he informed me that I would be OK. Still feeling a little nervous when the procedure started. However, from the tone of his calm voice and the words that he spoke made me feel relaxed. He constantly used the words “ it looks good you’re doing great, continue to relax, it made the procedure go by fast and pain free. I was very pleased and satisfied. Thanks to the doctor and his team. Forever grateful

Marquisha Swanson From the moment I walked in and encountered the receptionist to the thorough exams and the consultation everything was great. I felt like I was at home around family and friends. The staff was awesome and they continued to keep me comforted during my entire exam. I was a bit nervous at first due to the pain that I was feeling from my teeth but once I was able to go I felt 85% better. I love Dr. Thomas and the receptionist thoroughly going through my plan and making sure that I understood everything before I left. The service was so great needless to say my husband is returning with me on my next visit next Thursday.

They are always respectful of my time and I rarely have to wait. The hygienist takes the time to explain every service and each procedure, and answers all questions carefully. Dr. Thomas clearly outlined any potential concerns and gave specific tips on how to care for my teeth to prevent any problems. Dr. Thomas is very patient and answered all of my questions. The office is clean and I felt like all necessary safety precautions were taken. At the end of my visit, all costs and insurance concerns were addressed and they made sure I understood my coverage and co-pay. I was in and out rather quickly - which is always a plus. Even though I dont like dental visits, the staff at East West always makes me feel comfortable and I dont mind going there. I highly recommend them!

Siera Blattler Ive had the best experience with Atlanta West Periodontics!!! Dr. Nguyen is professional and highly skilled. My gums look amazing only 2 weeks following gum graft surgery!! I also didnt experience any pain during the procedure or during the healing process after the procedure! Dr. Nguyen is very good at walking through your care plan during your consultation and preparing you for the procedure. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and helpful with answering questions. Overall Dr. Nguyens practice provides the highest quality of care you could ask for.

Gabrielle Cleveland I came to Dr. Grant when I was a child due to a referral from my dentist stating that I needed braces, but couldnt get them due to unforseen circumstances. I returned to his office in 2021 as an adult for another consultation due to still being unhappy with my teeth and smile. Since day one Dr. Grant and his team have been extremely professional and patient. Dr. Grant allowed me to voice any concerns that I had with my teeth throughout treatment. He and his team made sure that I was happy with my teeth and smile before scheduling me to have my braces removed. I LOVE my results!!! I recommend anyone who needs braces or wants to enhance their teeth and smile to give Dr. Grant a call. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

LaPorshia Newell I would NOT recommend this dental practice especially for complicated dentistry matters. I began my treatment case Spring 2021 with an estimate timeframe of 36 months. Sure…no problem. The first year and half … turnover amongst staff was constant amidst the pandemic; after nearly 2.5 years I only recognized 2 people that were still there. After a year and half or so, my general dentist advised of too much spacing and that Dr. Grant would need to correct. General dentist sent a letter and I also relayed on my subsequent visit. Dr. Grant really didn’t acknowledge his mistake nor made an effort to correct per se. Last Fall, office manager advised my contract had ended … huh?! I still have at least 6 months remaining. She pulls the initial contract and Dr. Grant had modified it from 36 mos to 30 mos unbeknownst to me. Noted: NO ONE MENTIONED ANYTHING ALL OF 2023 about my contract ending in June 2023. They’re going to wait until it ended to say something ….. I declined to continue my treatment and was able to find another orthodontist to take my case despite Dr. Grant trying to interfere with a new consultation at another dentist office. The new office identified 4 discrepancies while under Grant. Perhaps, his training is suitable for less complicated cases … but I’m so thankful I’m finally on the right track with another doctor … and my smile is radiant. Finally!!

nicola morris Dr Green and his assistant Rita were phenomenal. The quality of care that I received was outstanding. They got the job done quick and were very efficient. I absolutely do recommend if you need root canal come here. It was also painless. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Marvin Roberts Came in for a root canal treatment on 2/24/2025 after having some major reservations with the local dental billing processes. Mandie was patient and explained everything days before, which helped put me at ease and ran me through the billing process and how it would all be handled. Apprehensively, I arrived early and immediately felt like I was in a different world. The professionalism, cleanliness and mood of the clinic was just so relaxing and stress free. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, April had come out from the back and escorted me to my chair to await Dr. Greene. April was awesome and her bedside manners were just impeccable (but after talking to her I dont think they could compare to her shrimp tacos she was telling me she made the night before). Dr. Greene came in and introduced himself and explained the treatment plan for the root canal treatment clearly and calmly. He was just so calm and confident-it immediately put me at ease. Heck, I think I was there less than 30 minutes before I realized the treatment had been done and I was being woke up and escorted up to the front to check out. I was greeted by Mandie who immediately inquired about my appointment and how it went. It was just awesome. This was by far the best experience Id had with civilian dentist since my retirement from the Navy. Their superb customer service and excellent treatment. couple with those southern caring attitudes just put the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Honestly, I truly wish theyd open their clinic up for all other dental services because i would never go anywhere else. We never think of how our moods, what we say and how we treat others can affect others, change the course of their day or affect their lives but being there clearly showed me that these folks at West GA Endodontics get it. Thank you all so much for taking care of my dental needs and making my day worth a smile!!!

Lora Shelton Great experience with the NP, Ms. Pickett. She took the time to listen to my health history and concerns. She requested some tests that could be completed to rule out and identify the cause of my symptoms. I was glad I went back after my first visit that I had with a different provider, even though I felt rushed and not heard. Meeting Ms. Pickett insured that there was someone who cared and wanted to help me with my symptoms. I recommend Ms. Pickett if you are looking for someone who listens and is knowledgeable in her line of work. I Do Not recommend Dr. Soberano. I hope he can work on his patience so he can retain his patients for his sake.
