5 /5 Lee Martin: Just wanted to add to my review from today’s visit, the staff here treats you like family and it gives you the small town feel unlike most dentist these days. They really care, it’s not just about the money. Dr.Tayee is a great addition to the practice. I had a crown done today with no pain or discomfort. Me and my family will continue to use this practice. Brayden has a lot of Anxiety any time it comes to his teeth, Dr.Williams and his staff makes Brayden feel very comfortable. My whole family uses Dr.Williams I would refer him as one of the best Dentist in Douglas County!!!

Having said that, Dr. Williams and his team have won me over.They are all kind, friendly, down to earth, and professional. This is not an easy task, but it’s who they are and they are great at it. Daniel was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

Jessie Grimm: I made an appointment for both of my daughters, never told we were out of network until the end of the appointment. I told them that unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere that is in network. We went to Creekside Dental (they are absolutely amazing and highly recommend Creekside). When I called to have the X-rays (that I paid for) sent over to Creekside, they told me it was $75 to send them. They are only digital and we’re unable to give me a physical X-rays. They told me this is Dr. Jones personal rule. When I made the appointment, it was only for cleanings. They did X-rays and checked their teeth. Came back and told me everything that needed to be done with a bill of how much everything would be. They never cleaned their teeth. Money hungry and will not be going back.

I also didnt experience any pain during the procedure or during the healing process after the procedure! Dr. Nguyen is very good at walking through your care plan during your consultation and preparing you for the procedure.
