Gigi M: I originally had a 2:00 appointment and called to see if I could get an early appointment. I was offered 9:40 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. so I chose the latter. The office staff was very accommodating. My dental hygienist was Cookie. She greeted me with the spirit in which she enjoy what she does. Dr Daniel and his son was great and how they treated me detailing everything that needed to be done and no extras if not needed. They took very good care of me. Thanks for everything and I would definitely recommend Dr Claude Daniel for your dental needs.!!

She was thorough and accommodating, leaving me with no questions about my treatment plan. One suggestion would be to schedule a longer appointment for more in-depth cleaning. Madison: I am writing to express growing concern and disappointment regarding the level of service at your office.
While my family consistently fulfills our responsibility by arriving on time for appointments, often confirmed by your automated reminders—we are repeatedly met with scheduling issues. It is frustrating to arrive on time, only to find that our slot has been double or even triple booked. Our time, like that of other patients, is valuable and deserves respect.
Today was yet another example of unacceptable service: we arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told it had been cancelled by your office—with no prior notice. Where was the communication? Where was the empathy? While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, this is clearly not an isolated incident, which makes it even more troubling.
What is at stake here is more than just one appointment is the trust and loyalty of long-term patients. My family of six, along with many others in our extended community, came to Vibrant Smiles because of the service. If that continues to deteriorate, it will also be the reason we leave.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that meaningful changes are made to address these ongoing issues.
