Ceci I have been going to this dentist for over 25 plus years. Dr. Carroll and his staff are very professional and personable. He cares about his patience and takes pride in his work. My kids grew up at this dentist office and they are all gown now. They still use the same dentist. Connie is the best hygienist ever!!!!

Daniel Lerch The reason for my visit was to get a crown to repair a lost filling. My regular dentist was not available. Thus I called Dr Carroll.the office was more then glad to fit me in on such short notice. When I arrived, everyone was happy to see me and I was in the chair within a few minutes. Dr Carroll and his assistant were very friendly and professional! They performed the required tasks and repeatedly asked how I was doing. The fee for the services were very reasonable. My total time their was less than two hours. I am now considering becoming a patient.

Jakeline Izquierdo Amazing staff! Shoutout to Adrianna she made the process so smooth. I was called back within a few minutes and spoke to Dr. Carroll before getting anything done. Hygienist was super gentle and made me really comfortable! I highly recommend coming here and will be returning in the future. Also my teeth feel amazing!!! Great way to start my week :)

Marissa Thompson I was able to walk in and get X-rays done and measurements for my deep cleaning. Everyone was kind and respectful also patient with me having an 8 month old with me. I was able to get the referral to oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth removal will be back for my fill ins. Thank you

Justine Seems like Dr. Jose needs a new office manager to get this dentistry back to serving his patients with amazing experience. Its been awhile since I last visited and Ive always had an great experience. One thing for sure that a 10 year old could do if properly trained is ANSWER THE PHONE! There is no excuse to why out of at least 8 staff members no one answers the phone. And Im sure there is at least one person assigned to cover the front desk. Needless to say, someone needs to get the blueprint out and start a revamp. Dr. Jose has been in that area for at least 15+ no practice is perfect all the time but at least try.

Angel Jones service is amazing but the dentist was laughing at my daughter because she was in pain. maybe it was because she’s 20 so she’s to grown to be crying at a dentist office but laughter is not appropriate in an uncomfortable situation like this.

Son Mtooshort “Day day” Please avoid this place at all cause mouth peace at 7191 Douglas Blvd, it is the worst Dental experience I have ever been to. Very rude nasty attitudes its a money thing for them. I left out being a very unsatisfied customer. The teeth doesnt fix I cant eat with them and they said theres nothing else they can do instead of sending them back to the lab they are trying to repair them in the office, unless youre probably going in for a full set of teeth stay away I did read the bad reviews before choosing this place and it was the worst mistake of my life because I went anyway, You can tell what kinda place youre going to by the parking lot , this is a hole in the wall for sure. Do your research and find a better place because this isnt a place Id wish on my worst enemy. All I have to say is God dont like ugly and theres nothing good thats going to come out of the way they treat people 5/2/2025

I would not trade the staff at Mouth piece dental for any other dentist. Love them all so much,they are the best.

Leavy Welch From the moment I entered to the moment I left they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was greeted by Sharisa who’s smile and attitude was above pleasant. And I received my cleaning from Diamond who was extremely informative and descriptive of what I needed and why. The work and professionalism was top tier, and their ability to make you feel like you’ve known them forever only made it easier for me and my nerves lol. And let me not forget how clean it was and how good it smelled throughout the building. 10/10 they have secured a loyal customer for sure. Keep up the great work ladies!! See you in 4 months

Mardeea Jartu My 8 year old son had 2 teeth extracted and was very scared! However, Dr. Smith and her team did everything possible to calm his nerves! They offered him "spa-like" services with a massage chair, blanket and warm towel to cover his eyes. Dr. Smith explained every stage of the procedure in terms that an 8 year old could understand. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and left us feeling comfortable with the whole procedure. I left knowing exactly how to treat the post-op conditions. Lastly, both my son and his two siblings were excited to get small gifts from the treasure box, which is always a hit with the kids!

Arlecia Brooks I’ve had my share of terrible dental experiences, but I’ll rate this one my number one BEST experience. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent in communication. There’s a shortage of dental hygienist nationally, and they made it clear that they’ll have to work me in for a cleaning and from looking at the schedule, that would’ve been November. They were actually able to work me in the next week! ☺️ Every member of the team I interacted with were genuinely kind people. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Jessie Grimm I made an appointment for both of my daughters, never told we were out of network until the end of the appointment. I told them that unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere that is in network. We went to Creekside Dental (they are absolutely amazing and highly recommend Creekside). When I called to have the X-rays (that I paid for) sent over to Creekside, they told me it was $75 to send them. They are only digital and we’re unable to give me a physical X-rays. They told me this is Dr. Jones personal rule. When I made the appointment, it was only for cleanings. They did X-rays and checked their teeth. Came back and told me everything that needed to be done with a bill of how much everything would be. They never cleaned their teeth. Money hungry and will not be going back.

Amanda Chafin I have been terrified of the dentist since a horrible experience I had when I was 17. I told the ladies here about my fears, and they really came through for me. They didn’t make me feel like a wimp or a baby for being so scared. They always made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain. I love them! They really made my visit pleasant. They were up front with my treatment needs and costs. They provided a treatment plan that outlines appointments and procedures along with the cost of each visit. I am making this my permanent dentist! If you want warm, caring service, come here. Every single one of the ladies that work here are absolute sweethearts!!

Amanda Flores I’ve been using this dentist for years. Well apparently I missed my yearly cleaning( not usual for me) when I called to set the appointment I was immediately pushed on a deep cleaning and was really quite rude about it. (Red flag) the whole reason we moved to this dentist was because one in Hiram did the push on deep cleanings and then marked us as gum disease. This creates issues with your insurance. We don’t have gum disease and missed one cleaning. Just disheartening as I’ve always trusted this office. Now I have to find another.

evertonm8t Apparently this office doesn’t care if you’re sick and wants you to come in anyway. I let them know I woke up the day of my appt with a cold and needed to reschedule. They still sent me a bill for $50 for a missed appointment. Scheduling is a nightmare, months wait for an appointment, so it’s not like I was trying to reschedule knowing it would be at least 3 months for a new date.

Susan Mitcham I have a credit of over $600 with them that I have been trying to get them to send me a check since September. It’s always the same answer, it’s still hanging out there, will be mailed in 2 weeks, here it almost December and still have not received. I called again today and said she would call me back, that was early this morning. They want their money upfront, but they don’t to give you the refund/credit back immediately. Has anyone else had this issue?

Matt Stubblefield I was referred to Dr. Sherry by my restorative dentist and I am so lucky that I was. After a traumatic injury that required extensive work to my jaw and teeth the level of care, quality of work, friendliness from his staff, and personal attention from Dr. Sherry was second to none. I have had to drive to his office from Atlanta averaging 45 minutes to over an hour with the lovely 285/20 traffic and I would do it all over again. I have come to find out how highly regarded he is by fellow dental and medical professionals and I can not recommend him enough. Dont hesitate to see him especially if it is for surgery. He is a kind soul and a perfectionist which is very rare and a welcome trait when I was dealing with such a scary situation. Highly recommend!

phenomenal women Dr. Reese and his staff are tremendously great! I would recommend this staff to anyone in the world. I just had oral surgery last Friday! It was painless, fast and done with great expertise! This Man really knows what he is doing! To top that he is very friendly and he also cares a great deal for his patients! Great job! Jocelyn King I was terrified the day of my extraction I was so nervous I almost canceled . When I got there front staff very organized. Nurses brought me back took my vitals and make sure I was comfortable they were sooo nice and The entire process was beyond professional!!! Dr . Treadway was very patient and confident in his work which made me feel even more comfortable.

Brittany Damper I had Dr. Treadway performed all four wisdom tooth extractions, all in the same setting. He explained all of the possible risks and explained how they would extract my teeth as well as post op instructions. He and his staff made me extremely comfortable and confident about the procedure. Highly recommend!

Stephanie Mills The Dr was nice but thats the only thing that was good about this practice or experience. I was referred to this practice by my regular dentist because I broke my jaw. I am disabled and on GA Medicaid. I get $822 a month to live on. GA Medicaid shows this practice as a provider and their website says they are. I filled out all of the new patient paperwork online and on the day of my appt had to pay $534 for the initial exam and a 3D scan. There is absolutely no need for this scan! I had medical CT scans done at the hospital just days before!! I was told "this is how our Dr likes to see it". I had noted on my intake paperwork that Im allergic to penicillin, also went over it with the nurse and the DR. So during my exam I was told I would need to wire my jaw shut for 6-8 weeks but that was it, he told me there wasnt enough space/bone to do a plate. They brought me a bill of over 8k stating they dont take Medicaid and I should have known that from speaking with my regular dentist (once again even Medicaid has them listed as a provider)! First its your job to explain financial obligations to your patients not another office! Once I was on your books it became your responsibility to contact me and make sure I understood that you didnt accept Medicaid and everything would be out of pocket! Next they were "nice" enough to give me a copy of the 3D scan...yes they did use that phrase...but I tried to use it at two other places and they told me it was USELESS, just a way for this office to make money. The place I ended up getting treatment/surgery needed the scans from the hospital not a 3D scan that I was forced to get and spend money I didnt have. That brings me to the next issue. Even with a 3D scan this Dr completely missed that I had a second break in my jaw. When I saw the xrays it was so obvious that I pointed it out!! How did this Dr miss something so obvious an untrained eye could see it?? If I had gone through the treatment suggested here I would have been in so much agony due to the second break not being addressed. That brings me to the last complaint...as I said earlier Im allergic to penicillin. I was so upset at the end of this appt realizing I had spent $534 for nothing that I didnt look at the prescriptions he gave me till I got to my car. He had prescribed me penicillin! I notified the office and was told someone would call me back. It has now been over 2 weeks and nobody has called me about it. Obviously if they called me back it would be admitting they did something wrong, this office is negligent from the time you walk in the door. I ended up having to get 4 plates in my jaw, crazy that another Dr had enough room to put in a total of 4 plates but this office couldnt... Edit......I emailed the office as requested but didnt hear back.

Ben Nutsutse Dont go here ever if you dont want to be messed up by crooks. In my sad case, they kept charging my insurance without seeing me. So when they would see me the insurance would deny payments. I got tired and paid them off and these thieves reported me to the credit agencies

Victor Williams This place is absolutely horrible!! The entire staff are nothing but crooks looking to scam you out of your money. I went there for a dental cleaning. The dentist who actually did the cleaning told me I had 2 cavities, then the "head" dentist guy came in for some reason, analyzed my teeth and then told me I had 6 cavities. I found this really hard to believe considering the fact that I had never had a cavity before, not to mention my teeth felt and looked just fine. But like an idiot, i decided to let them do the work. Probably 2 months after I got everything done, one of the fillings came out, and they absolutely refused to do anything about it. They wanted me to pay for the procedure all over again. The customer service is just terrible, whoever the receptionist is needs to find a new job, because dealing with people just isnt her forte. Honestly I believe that nothing was ever wrong with my teeth, but just wanted to be on the safe side. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE YOURSELF SOME PAIN AND MONEY BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
