Mike Martin A very happy member of ADC, and with Dr. Woodward for almost 20 years. Today was just a great cleaning with Morgan and a short follow up with Dr. Woodward. I’ve had extensive work done over the years and have never found a dentist more capable and considerate than Dr. Woodward. They informed me that I was to late for a walk in but I could be considered the next day. It was true. I was told to arrive at a certain time and I did and received perfect care. Cara Mosier Have used VDA for 15 years. Always excellent care. There are some recent negative reviews thay are fabricated. There is a facebook post where people who have never stepped foot in the office are admitting this but leaving negative reviews because of a viral facebook post. Please form your own opinion. These women and men are amazing.

Rex Marshall Dr Hesters dental practice is the finest, most professional dental experience Ive ever had. He has provided me with three replacement crowns in the past few months and each one was perfect. His facilities, equipment and staff are of the highest quality. The staffs is extremely skillful, professional and gracious. I always feel completely comfortable in their care. I highly recommend Dr Hester if you are looking for flawless dental work and excellent customer service.

April Horrible experience. Had this appt scheduled for 3 months, got to the office, which they make you pay before services rendered. And they don’t tell you about the 3%fee if paying with card so $375 came out to 389. I get in the chair and was told the doctor would be in shortly only to be told 10 minutes later that I had to be rescheduled because the doctors running behind. DONT OVERBOOK TRYING TO BE MONEY HUNGRY when you know it’s too much for the dentist to do! I bet if I would’ve agreed to do both root canals they wouldn’t have made me reschedule! I took a day off from work drove 35 minutes and wasn’t even accommodated and scheduled as soon as possible! I was told next appt was in may! How unprofessional are you! No consideration for people at all!

Donna Bloom Third visit to Bemiss Dental was very good. No wait time for appointment. Diamond dental.assistant and (Dr Bram sorry complete spelling not here) were great. I had the shots to numb He paused in between for it to work: thankfully. He had pauses within my fillings of the procedure and returned back quickly as promised! Amy at the front desk very polite helpful and professional. I dont have insurance had to use Care Credit ugh! Would be nice if Bemiss took Medicare. I do recommend them.

Jada Do not bring your family here. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star. My mom had a procedure done here, and they gave her medication to take beforehand, then even more during the procedure. She was so heavily drugged that she had no idea where she was or what day it was. She couldn’t even walk, and instead of helping her properly, they wheeled her out the back door. Thankfully, her friend was there to advocate for her. When she later tried to obtain her dental records, they refused to provide them.

Sarah Carr Tried to make an appointment and i will not be giving this company my money because of how rude the office manager was. She was so rude when answering my questions and I heard inappropriate comments about patients being made towards her employees. So unprofessional

Soon as I walk then it felt really homie oh, I actually got a little sleepy on how comfortable chairs were. I would definitely recommend this place to other folks. They have package deals for those who do not have insurance, these are very professional woman and take pride and joy and what they do and you can really tell its their passion.

Tara Mckin I had two teeth extracted at this dentist office and my experience was all around great. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. The dentist and hygienists were very knowledgeable and professional. The dentist made sure I understood all of the pre and post extraction instructions and made sure I had the necessary prescriptions for recovery.

Bryson Awful service they never answer the phones they take forever responding to you. Once my operation was done and I was paid up a few months later I revive a letter asking for $700 more with no explanation. When I don’t instill pay the send me a letter saying they will report it to the Credit Bureau which is not even legal for medical debt any longer. So shady business ethics and no care to explain the “extra” charges.

Tatyanna Scott Went in September and never got scheduled to come back after i was told to they will call me to schedule me. This tooth really been painful for months. I cant contact them and no one wont answer or it get sent to voicemail. Its December Im still waiting to get my tooth pulled.

Adrian Bucovsky At first the staff appears to be respectful and knowledgeable on insurance allowance. But once I got a bill for a service that was not covered with my cleaning they all claim that they do not have the responsibility to find out what insurance covers. Maybe it would be okay if they had told me ahead of time what they would do. That is just the staff. The doctor himself cares more about making money than providing good service. I was in the chair for about one hour to get a cavity filled while at the same time the dentist was treating two other clients.

Angela Abney Dr. Jackson is the best dentist. He makes you feel comfortable, he’s funny and if you catch him on a great day you can hear him serenade in his clients. His staff are very nice people and extremely helpful. I love this dental office.

Annie Washington I was seen at the Hwy 17 office of Midway Family Dental today and I was appalled by the the service I received from the administrative staff. At the end of a superb visit with the hygienist and dentist for a cleaning and filling, I proceeded to checkout where Miranda, the cashier/scheduler informed me of my charges for the visit as well as a $50 charge for a no show appt in July 2024. I tried to ascertain the reason for the no show app charge because I was physically present in the dental office for the appt in July 2024. I was not seen during the visit, because the hygienist who had worked with me previously was not available. Therefore, I was given the option to reschedule the appt, and I did. Miranda was the scheduler, and she did not once inform me that I would be charged a no show fee for the hygienists visit or the subsequent filling appt that was attached. I was allowed to leave the visit believing my appt was rescheduled. When I returned home later in the day of the appt, I retrieved a voicemail message from my home phone from Miranda. She had called after I had left the office to explain that I needed to return to the office for the filling appt. I returned the call. We agreed that I would keep the appt that was scheduled before leaving the office. Today, as I attempted to rehearse the events of the July 2024 appt, Miranda became adamant and stated that the $50 must be paid! I then asked to speak with the office manager. Miranda left the front office, was absent for a short while, then she returned and told me that the office manager was busy, but she and Dr. Tad were aware of the situation, and were in agreement that the charge will stand and must be paid! In short, the office manager refused to see me. I left the office in disbelief! Never have I encountered such disregard especially from a facility that purports to prioritize customer satisfaction. It makes me wonder if I was of another race/ ethnicity would I have received a different outcome???

Melissa Farias It’s bad enough that the town can’t seem to grow in businesses and stores for more options for locals but the only little shopping store we do have is a complete waste. Always dirty, unorganized, expired items on shelves as well as never stocked…you barely can go down aisles because stuff is every where. There is no care or pride taken in this store. One working checkout. I shopped for the last time at this dollar general and will not waste another dollar there. Such a waste for our town to get this store just to trash it and it look the way it does inside.

Jerry Oldham Store is messy. Lots of empty holes on shelves and items always out of stock of what you need. Not easy to maneuver around store when shopping. Cashier was friendly though. Dollar General needs to work on cleaning up their stores and make it more pleasurable to shop at their stores.

Sherrie Richards Walker Its clean including both restrooms, the employees are very nice (well mannered & spoken) eager to accommodate and they are helpful. Dollar General Does Not have restrictions or limits policy on anything they sell and products that have become necessary or popular due to Covid 19 are rarely available due to Hoarders and larger Store Chains. These chains get priority and this causes restocking orders for Dollar General stores to be unfilled or only small quantities of these products when trucks arrive each week. But I still love and honour my local store.

Spero Karadimos After spending 4000 dollars in 3 months my upper partial that he made did not fit right and the front teeth were to short. After going back 3 times to try to adjust it I said you need to start over with the partial. He said he could but there would be a charge for that. I told him I was not paying for it and left it on the counter. Still working with credit card company about that charge. Keep in mind I had been going to him for 7 years never had a problem with him before and probably spent close to 10k with him. If I could have given zero I would have. All I can say is beware he was always very friendly with me except when I had an issue with him this llast time. I have since gotten another partial from another dentist and it fit perfectly from day 1. Dr Black I thought we had a good working relationship but boy was I wrong. I guess all is good until there is a problem and then no matter what its not his fault. I was also threatened with small claims court. I will never go back there
