Carmen Turner: Excellent experience getting a crown put on today. I have had a bad experience before at another office getting a crown and this was a relief! The staff at Dr. Bynums is always so kind and professional too! Thank you for providing such good care to your patients!
Adrian Bucovsky: At first the staff appears to be respectful and knowledgeable on insurance allowance. But once I got a bill for a service that was not covered with my cleaning they all claim that they do not have the responsibility to find out what insurance covers. Maybe it would be okay if they had told me ahead of time what they would do. That is just the staff. The doctor himself cares more about making money than providing good service. I was in the chair for about one hour to get a cavity filled while at the same time the dentist was treating two other clients.
Cara Mosier: Have used VDA for 15 years. Always excellent care. There are some recent negative reviews thay are fabricated. There is a facebook post where people who have never stepped foot in the office are admitting this but leaving negative reviews because of a viral facebook post. Please form your own opinion. These women and men are amazing.
Gloria Khayyam: I have been very fortunate to have found the best dentist in Valdosta, Georgia. Dr. Mili Hunt and her professional team went out of their way to make sure that I got the very best of comfort and care. Dr. Hunt is very knowlegeable and takes the time to explained every procedure in great detail and answered all of my questions with complete professionalism. They started me off with food since I had skipped breakfast. During my procedure, Dr. Hunt hummed the entire time, making me feel so relaxed. Later in the evening, she called me to make sure that I was doing fine and advised me to call her if I experenced any problems. I would recommend this office hands down! Best first experience ever.
Brendaka Scarborough: It was my first visit and I was very scared. The Dr was so down to earth and he calmed my nerves alot. His nurses were wonderful and very caring . I have got to have surgery but after my visit today I feel so much better about it now .
Sara Titus: It started off great but Im going elsewhere. Last week I was seen for cavity fillings. Dr. Jeff had triple booked his schedule so I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment time for anesthesia and another 30-45 minutes to have him start the fillings. He drilled on the wrong side (that wasnt numbed). Neither he or his tech apologized... "Oh, Im on the wrong side." When he started drilling on the right side he had to add more anesthesia... Probably from waiting so long. Overall no one was very apologetic about my experience. He apologized once, at the beginning, blaming the delay on "computer issues" even though I watched him jump from one chair to another.
A week later and it hurts to brush my teeth, eat, talk, or drink. I called and explained this and I was told they couldnt get me for another almost two weeks.
My daughter and I will be going to another dentist soon.
Addie Cobb: I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental today. The entire team was professional, courteous, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. I was especially impressed by how thorough they were in assessing my dental needs and clearly explaining how they could address them. Their attention to detail and patient-focused approach left a lasting impression.
Tasia Vanderbilt: This is the best Dentistry Office I have ever experienced. Dr. James and staff are so professional, phenomenal, heart warming, caring, loving, and extremely friendly. Jada: Do not bring your family here. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star. My mom had a procedure done here, and they gave her medication to take beforehand, then even more during the procedure. She was so heavily drugged that she had no idea where she was or what day it was. She couldn’t even walk, and instead of helping her properly, they wheeled her out the back door. Thankfully, her friend was there to advocate for her. When she later tried to obtain her dental records, they refused to provide them.
