I have compliments almost daily, and the entire office was just as excited as I was as the final results because they truly care about their patients. And, because of COVID, we were required to wear our masks correctly (nose and mouth fully covered) and wait in the car until a chair was available. We were required to wash our hands and rinse our mouths before treatment as well. They did a fantastic job keeping us protected. I have and will continue to highly recommend Park Orthodontist for anyone wanting to improve their smile. They are the best, hands down!!

It’s always the same answer, it’s still hanging out there, will be mailed in 2 weeks, here it almost December and still have not received. I called again today and said she would call me back, that was early this morning. They want their money upfront, but they don’t to give you the refund/credit back immediately. Has anyone else had this issue?

Desiree Cross: We have been going for the past 6 months (3-4 visits) and truly every time I’ve been I’ve seen red flags. From one momma to another, do not come. It is clear that money is their only concern, not the parents and not the children! They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized, crabby and rude. They do not do their part in terms of communicating all that is necessary and they are not thorough by any means in their work. If you are looking for a good dental office for your child, please keep looking. Terrible experience. I would give them a -10 if I could.
