    Leslie G: Another great experience at Alan Cox Automotive. We took our 2006 S2000 to them after a battery issue. The battery was 1 year old however, the S2000 was a weekend sports car and has not been driven for a while. We took the car to a local shop that sells the battery we purchased and had them check the car our out. They found several things, told us the battery was 3 years old yadda, yadda yadda... We took the car to Alan Cox and they evaluated the car, gave us their recommendations and we had work done on what we could afford at the time. Quick return on their part, gave us the list of items they found. All and all we were pleased with the work and care they took with our car.

    bcnguyen: My wife and I and our baby were on our way back from a road trip. With still around 6 hours drive left to go, we noticed a light come on indicating acharge system issue. We called around hoping to get our vehicle serviced immediately. Luckily, this place was kind enough to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and they were patient with us as we waited with an uncomfortable and screaming baby for the few hours until they fixed the issue. Ended up needing a new alternator and considering they seemed already booked and I imagine replacing an alternator is not a super easy task, we truly appreciated them working with us. They also provided and installed a clamp for a hose and topped off oil. All for a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady at the desk even helped us console our baby while we were waiting. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you are in need of vehicle repairs. Super genuine and kind people and fair prices.

As an outside sales professional, windshield time is money for me - Mike, Mario, and the whole crew kept me informed and had my truck back to me in 48 hours. I can’t say enough about the service and the friendliness of these guys. Top notch.

    John Hamel: I called and made an appointment to bring my 2011 Honda civic LX to check a shake and noice it was making in the front. I was a first time customer. I left it there the night before and was told they would take a look at it the following morning. The following morning came and went and I never got a call. Called them at the end of the day for an update and was told by David that they didn’t get to my vehicle because I didn’t make an appointment. Told him I did, he checked and realized I did and said oops and apologized. Not the end of the world as I understand mistakes happen. They checked the car and provide me a list recommended repairs via text message that came out to about $2k. I responded back via text message to please proceed with the repairs and to also do a transmission drain and fill since my vehicle was reaching 200k miles. Get a message that the vehicle was ready. Picked it up after hours and checked the invoice when I got home. The transmission drain and fill was not done. Oops again. I drove my vehicle around for a bit and I will say that it does drive about 90% better than when I brought it in so I do appreciate that. However, I am still experiencing a little bit of the same shaking while accelerating problem.
