    bcnguyen: My wife and I and our baby were on our way back from a road trip. With still around 6 hours drive left to go, we noticed a light come on indicating acharge system issue. We called around hoping to get our vehicle serviced immediately. Luckily, this place was kind enough to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and they were patient with us as we waited with an uncomfortable and screaming baby for the few hours until they fixed the issue. Ended up needing a new alternator and considering they seemed already booked and I imagine replacing an alternator is not a super easy task, we truly appreciated them working with us. They also provided and installed a clamp for a hose and topped off oil. All for a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady at the desk even helped us console our baby while we were waiting. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you are in need of vehicle repairs. Super genuine and kind people and fair prices.

As an outside sales professional, windshield time is money for me - Mike, Mario, and the whole crew kept me informed and had my truck back to me in 48 hours. I can’t say enough about the service and the friendliness of these guys. Top notch.

    John Hamel: I called and made an appointment to bring my 2011 Honda civic LX to check a shake and noice it was making in the front. I was a first time customer. I left it there the night before and was told they would take a look at it the following morning. The following morning came and went and I never got a call. Called them at the end of the day for an update and was told by David that they didn’t get to my vehicle because I didn’t make an appointment. Told him I did, he checked and realized I did and said oops and apologized. Not the end of the world as I understand mistakes happen. They checked the car and provide me a list recommended repairs via text message that came out to about $2k. I responded back via text message to please proceed with the repairs and to also do a transmission drain and fill since my vehicle was reaching 200k miles. Get a message that the vehicle was ready. Picked it up after hours and checked the invoice when I got home. The transmission drain and fill was not done. Oops again. I drove my vehicle around for a bit and I will say that it does drive about 90% better than when I brought it in so I do appreciate that. However, I am still experiencing a little bit of the same shaking while accelerating problem.

The quality of work and timely execution as well as incredible pricing for the service and level of work they do is unmatched. They Fixed all my AMG cars with latest star programming there’s nothing I’ve not seen these guys do they have saved me TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars avoiding the “Stealership” if you have come across this shop or these 2 gentleman and this review you are some of the few blessed enough to be in connection with the Best Automotive Repair professionals in the industry.     Jesse Diala: My family and I have worked with Ceaser for a couple years now and he usually has done good work for us, but in this specific instance, he did a terrible job. I brought my car there to get my alternator fixed, and while they fixed the alternator, they broke my window in the process. It cannot be a coincidence that my window was working just fine until I brought it to their shop. What would’ve cost him about $150 to get my window fixed is now going to cost him thousands of dollars in business because my family will never bring a car to this shop ever again. I hope it was worth it Ceaser.

    Jeff Baker: We were travelling down to Georgia from Ohio to see our son at Fort Benning (Ranger graduation) and had a wheel bearing go bad, we had just gotten into Georgia when I realized it was going out. I got on my phone and started looking for shops just outside of Atlanta and noticed the good ratings for Jett Autocare. I gave them a call and spoke with Paul and explained the situation and the time crunch we were on. I had already secured a rental vehicle a few miles away from Jetts so all we had to do was make to it to the shop before it went out. We made it to the vehicle rental place and then just made it to Jetts. We dropped our vehicle off on a Wednesday evening and it was done by Thursday evening (front wheel bearings on both sides and front brake job - actually done a day early from what he had originally told me). Service was fast and price was good for all the work that was done. When I initially spoke with Paul on the phone he was clear and honest about the repair schedule and showed a real concern for our safety getting down to them. Cant thank them enough for getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road and safely home. Thank you guys for doing a GREAT job!!!
