2 /5 John Hamel: I called and made an appointment to bring my 2011 Honda civic LX to check a shake and noice it was making in the front. I was a first time customer. I left it there the night before and was told they would take a look at it the following morning. The following morning came and went and I never got a call. Called them at the end of the day for an update and was told by David that they didn’t get to my vehicle because I didn’t make an appointment. Told him I did, he checked and realized I did and said oops and apologized. Not the end of the world as I understand mistakes happen. They checked the car and provide me a list recommended repairs via text message that came out to about $2k. I responded back via text message to please proceed with the repairs and to also do a transmission drain and fill since my vehicle was reaching 200k miles. Get a message that the vehicle was ready. Picked it up after hours and checked the invoice when I got home. The transmission drain and fill was not done. Oops again. I drove my vehicle around for a bit and I will say that it does drive about 90% better than when I brought it in so I do appreciate that. However, I am still experiencing a little bit of the same shaking while accelerating problem.

Long story short, my car was doing "something funny" and while my car-savvy husband tinkered on it a bit, we knew we needed to take it to true professionals. From the time I booked my appointment through the time I picked my car up, they were friendly, professional, communicative, and informative. The were conservative in their approach and offered us options. Oh,and they didnt judge me for how long I let my car go without an oil change (personal issues caused a serious delay).
