    5 /5 Briggs Evans: I have had RPM work on my daughter’s 300zx several time. Rick and Bryce are always professional and quick to respond. They diagnosed a problem with the ABS as well as replaced the power steering rack with alignment. I will definitely use them again.

They came highly recommended to me, and after several visits with my vehicles, I will do the same. Rick and his team are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. They are the go-to shop now for all of my auto maintenance and repairs.
    5 /5 William Jenkins: I took my 1998 Nissan truck to RPM to get the brakes overhauled. They about replaced everything. They were so professional about everything. This tool place last fall. I don’t drive the truck that much so I didn’t notice an issue with the brakes. Once I found issue I called RPM and they said bring it in and they would check it out. So I did. They found the issue , fixed at no cost and it’s working fine now. Again they were very nice and professional about the whole thing . I will continue to to take all my business there because they stand behind their work. Great bunch employees.

Everyone was so nice and understanding of my pretty minor concern. Absolutely amazing customer service and mechanical services.     Josh Smith: At this point I’ve had brakes, tires, alignment, and oil changes done at Motor Medic. I’d give every visit a 5-star. Everything is just easier here than it’s ever been other places. Great communication, and very trustworthy! They do their best to get to you as fast as possible and understand your situation. I’ve also never been “surprised” by any extra charge/expense here which can’t be said about some other spots. Highly recommend!

    Jenesh Patel: Rob and his crew at RMS did a great job swapping out the midpipe on my car. They took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but they seem to be insanely busy. Even for how busy they were their customer service was amazing overall! They missed a few things and offered to take care of it free of charge whenever I could come in again which truly shows their dedication to their customer base. Definitely will be utilizing RMS for any major services and future modifications I can’t handle on my own.

    maggie: I have been taking my car here to get serviced since the day I started driving. Kelly Frick has always owned and operated this location and I have never had an issue. I always trusted him with my car, my time, and my money. Today, I brought my vehicle in and sat down to wait. During this time, I watched 2 customers bring their car in after mine, asked for the same service, and left before my car was ready. Even when my car was pulled to the front, I sat and waited another 15 minutes before I was able to be checked out and leave. Upon further inspection, all of the awards they have been given over the years have been removed from the walls and Mr. Frick’s name is nowhere to be found. I can only assume that he no longer owns this location and therefore I will no longer be receiving the same type of service that I did in the past. I gave two stars because I was treated well and happy with the service, but it was not a great feeling to watch all the friends of the new owner get in and out in half the time I did.

The owner followed up on my repair promptly and didnt forget about me. His staff was very professional and friendly. He was honest and fair unlike a lot of my mechanic repair shop visits. My Dad was a mechanic and I appreciate his honesty even more. I highly recommend this repair shop. Finding an amazing mechanic is rare.
