1 /5 Jendy Rivera: I visited on 4/17 and by the very next day (4/18), my gel nails were already cracking and lifting. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary that could’ve caused this — I’ve had gel nails before and they’ve always lasted at least two weeks without issues. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
I only chose this salon because I had a gift card, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The person at the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all. When I was greeted by Mary, she seemed to have an attitude and was noticeably rude. I even asked her if she was okay because I felt uncomfortable with how she was treating me. After I brought it up, her attitude did shift, but the whole encounter left a bad impression.
Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and I won’t be returning. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expected.
